Due to the new app I lost all my credits and also recently bought credits do not show in the app. Contacted multiple times but no reply at all. Not a happy customer!

Van een goede basic app naar een dramatische app. 10x klikken om een fiets te reserveren. Even een goede usability expert inhuren en snel oplossen.

App crashes, and when it loads it doesn’t show any of your previous rides. Your back to zero. Was really hoping this app would be better, but I also can’t go to the previous app cause that one crashes when you try to open a ride as well. Hopefully this gets fixed cause the website on the browser is even worse

Ik ben blij met de frisse en nieuwe lay-out moest even wennen maar dat is altijd met verandering maar uiteindelijk is dit zeker een verbeterde versie.

Very slow and not intuitive interface. App breaks down/closes 75% of the time. Lost tracker of previous classes taken (took more than 200; now back to 0).
