We often use the app to book a court. More than half of the time we use it, it takes multiple attempts to click through and successfully book. When court times are shown as available, many times the app will not allow you to make the booking, leading to a lot of frustration.

Got annual membership but can book in app when it comes to payment it shows the price but when on checkout it shows £0 but while trying to process £0 payment phone vibrates and nothing happens.

Very frustrating! If you’ve purchased local annual membership the App becomes useless, it is meant to reflect £0.00 but it doesn’t (shows normal court price), if you continue to click through it does resolve to £0.00 but then doesn’t book the court. Resolved this by not using this app and used ClubSpark’s Booker App which works fine.

I really like the app but the whole point is useless when you can’t even book anything. Instead I have to use the website to book which is clunky on my phone. I’ve tried reaching out to someone about it but can’t figure out how.

Haven’t been able to use the app for the only reason I got it, to book courts. When clicking the final step it doesn’t book. Court and time is available as I then booked on a browser instead.

I was able to book a local court as easily as ordering a deliveroo. Great app!

I have to go to the web site which only lets me book 30 min slot when wanting to play for an hour got a membership as well and can’t even fully utilise it

Always get error Booking Unsuccessful something went wrong with your booking..... I'm using the same details as for the Booker app which work OK. Don't see the point of this app at the moment as it is easier to use the Booker app. There is no Help or option to contact the developer. Not the best app.

Just found the app advertised on the LTA website, but I can’t even get it to log into my account. I thought it might’ve been easier than trying to navigate my way round the website.

App regularly asks to login with credentials which is very annoying. Pay pal isn’t working anymore for a couple of months. So, the app is basically unusable. It looks like it was done with the Year 1 students as a lab

You are able to see which courts are available but unable to actually book as the payment never processes on the app

This app unfortunately does not allow me to book anything. I get to the booking page but it never progresses from there. I have to book via the website.

Very easy to use and clearly laid out.

I see someone else reported the same problem last September. I’m an Apple user. Bit frustrating to have to book on a web page each time.

Please add a map view (or make it intuitive to access if it’s already present) when looking for available courts. Also allow people to add specific venues to a favorites list.

Please can you look into the booking issue. We are not able to book the court from the app.

Really difficult to book as keeps being errors. Been charged multiple times for same bookings. Really not great.

I have a yearly membership but it doesn’t let me book on the app I have to go to the website. Pointless app

It can be very tricky to book a court. Shows them as available, but clearly not.

Says there are court’s available and when I go to book states that your booking has been unsuccessful.

Always says every court on every day is full making it impossible to ever book.

Doesn’t work for me - says it cannot fetch start times. Won’t even let me select a venue.

UI is clean but doesn’t actually let you book 🤣

How does this get 5 stars ? It’s worse than the LTA website - hire some decent developers for christs sake !

I have newham annual pass and when I tried to book, first it still shows the £6 fee, then the last step shows zero fee. But when I hit book, the phone vibrate and nothing happens. I am using iphone 15. Gemini said that: “That vibration on your phone with absolutely nothing happening is a classic sign of the Clubspark "Empty Payment Sheet" loop. Because you have the pass, the final price drops to £0. However, because the app initiated the booking thinking it was a paid transaction (showing the £6 initially), it is trying to trigger your phone’s digital wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay) to approve a "Zero Pound" charge. When your phone's operating system receives a request from an app to process a payment for £0.00, it instantly rejects the secure transaction layout because you cannot authorize a blank payment. The phone vibrates to tell you the secure pop-up failed, but the Clubspark app just sits there waiting forever, never completing the booking” Hope that the developer can update the app. Such a pity because the app is very nice, and I don’t want to go to web to make the booking.
