Just updated the app now account is locked and can’t edit the password!!!!!

App seems to have received an update and now not working. Website still logs in ok but I have no Teams/Players on the App. Others reporting the same.

After the update the language changed to German. I can't fix it

Registering and logging in is horrendous and filled with bugs

It’s a good app but I would be useful to be able to save accepted event into the calender on the phone

Crap, its been crap for about 6 months now and needs to be improved dramatically asap please if anyone is actually looking at these comments

Be good if there was a “maybe” button . Could there not be a minimum amount of notice for coaches to invite players ? 24 hrs is too short notice .

It’s a really good app and useful.

Our team love the simplicity of this app, however the support is poor. Recent update has made the app very slow, does not load all content first time, kicks you out randomly… frustrating. We’d like to be able to upload multiple fixtures at once, from a .CSV or other excel file, rather than manually typing every fixture and risking errors. I emailed the team about this, but seems they are not developing this app further, instead pointing at Pitchero which is a paid service and not cost effective for small local clubs. Real shame

Can mark availability but tricky to edit fixtures once they are set. Sometimes glitchy- eg it’s asked me to select my player of the match but the screen keeps going blank despite resetting the app several times.

Great app. Helpful to organise my teams training. Love it

Great app at assessing players availability be it for golf outings, matches, social occasions or even just to confirm numbers for an upcoming event. Very flexible and easy way to keep in touch with pals re our golf events and so easy to use on phone or PC.

Nice idea but so many things could be better. It’s like they built it, tested one or two features and then released it without any fixes or improvements.

The app functions are fantastic. We use it to coordinate gigs for our large drum band - 50+ people. However, since pitchero took over in 2018-19 the support has disappeared. We have had a complaint lodged since March 2021 about a permissions issue in the app where new members can cancel events AND can see other members personal details. Something only admins should be able to do. Despite this being a GDPR contravention support have still not responded to any efforts to log a ticket.

Does not show on any of pages / settings so always have to log in on full site . Have up to date iOS so not sure why it does not come up :(

Easy peezy to work.

Stop cynically getting ad revenue by making the user accidentally click on ads. Show me an advert at startup if you must - then remove them from elsewhere. They get in the way of the functionality. Or better just have a paid, ad free version

Addresses no longer link to map when using the app makes it pointless to use

Great app to organise your team, mapping feature doesn’t work well though!

Teamer app works well for my 3 kids in 3 different teams, all in one place. Some things could be better but it is great as is!!! Thank you!

Hi, new update says you’ve fixed the Apple Pay issue but still not working on iPhone XR.

We use this to organise a weekly social 5 or more a-side. At a glance we can see how many players we have and who is yet to reply. We can also message players and arrange multiple weeks. Everything we need with minimal effort.

Does everything you’d expect, and more, of an availability app. The issues of being able to show availability for more than one game seem to have been resolved. I am able to schedule and request availability for as many games as I need. Great app and very helpful in organising team selection. One improvement that would be helpful would be if you could copy/transfer the names of available players into a text or spreadsheet to produce a final teamsheet and formation.

Not sure what’s happened but it’s super slow or won’t load at all? Fix please!

Been using for several year but seems to get worse every season! App is really glitchy, can’t really do anything on it as it just crashes! Should be able to upload calendar but can’t unless on web version.

Too intrusive, spoils the app. Should be a paid non-ads version. Design could be a lot clearer and better.

Some users not receiving notifications and no response from support. Otherwise this is a great app, but I have to manually check and chase up some users which defeats the point of using it. What is really disappointing is that I’ve emailed their support there times to get help. The emails all received an automated reply, but at no point has anyone responded. Very poor customer service.

Really useful app, but would love a ‘premium’ ad free version for a small (annual?) cost. The ads are too large and detract greatly from the user experience. (At least we are not forced to watch videos!)

I paid for this app a number of years ago, so can teamer please tell me why my app is inundated with adverts, I thought that as a paid user my app would be advert free.

This could be improved by increasing the number of characters in the notes field. 30 is way to low for anything meaningful. It’s a simple change. Come on Teamer

Could I suggest one improvement - that the line up button and the accept button are separated slightly - for lots of us out there as the combination of manual dexterity and fat fingers throws up its own problems with interactive buttons in close proximity

It’s an ok app, although I had a team and it deleted me off it despite still playing in that team. I have managed to join it again, but it shouldn’t have to work like that. I like the idea and I think I’d like it to be redone to fit all needs

Very limited to what you can/can’t do on the app as a team manager. And of course paying for it is quite bad too as advertising poping up every time you open the app up. Come on teamer, make it better!!!

Have opted in for notifications but very rarely get them in a timely manner, if at all, when someone posts on team talk. Too many functions are website only. When syncing with calendar, automatically removes the event when it’s past, I would prefer the event to stay on so I can look back to see opponents and venues. You can’t scroll up when posting on team talk meaning you can’t check for typos before posting.

It’s a shame I can’t give it zero stars. Probably the most frustrating app I’ve ever used. Good idea but I can't get it to work, 60-70% of the time the app won’t open, I get the wheel of doom for over 1.5 mins then it says “connection error, please check your internet connection “ there’s nothing wrong with my connection as I can stream TV and YouTube simultaneously. I’ve even tried turning my other devices off but it still doesn’t work.

Works really well sometimes brings up stuff way before happening, but good to keep track.

Keep getting errors when setting up a new Merchant Account. (Year of birth can’t be blank. County can’t be blank). Thing is, none of them were blank. Also had issues with Stripe account via the app. The support for this app is almost non existent too. I’m now looking at other apps that can be used to collect payments.

Good app for getting player availability, would be a great great if you could split acceptances into 2, 3 and 4 teams for match day. Notifications (for new events) tend to fail every so often.

They recently increased the Ad content and it’s made the app almost unusable. Full screen ads which seem to have impossible-to-hit close buttons, I’m constantly getting re-directed to safari from an ad I tried close.

I’ve a high tolerance for annoying adverts, but this app has its model all wrong. Deleted within a day. I really wish developers well and that they realise it’s fix or fade fast with this one.

Used the App for over a year and had worked for what it was needed for. However with the new advertising placed over the last player it’s impossible to mark them in or out. Rendering the whole app pointless.

I would highly recommend this site as it is brilliant. My only frustration is the app is not as easy to use as the website and has far more restrictions. I tend to do basics on the app and then go to the website if it is more important info. The best part of the app for me is that if a game is cancelled, I can let the whole team know ASAP wherever I am.

Problem with ads after the last update: ads cover the last person’s name in the list of players for the event

Prone to freezing both app and website. Can’t schedule end time for events. Seems to of been overtaken by spond etc.

The large rugby advert you keep screening keeps crashing my app and website. I am running 750 kids off this so need you to make sure your ads don’t overload and crash the system

I find this really useful tool to look at who is available in one place quickly. It also keeps a register over the season of who attended training regularly. It would be brilliant if it had notifications for just the organiser when someone accepts matches or training or changes their availability as it happens and I don’t realise 😬

The idea behind this app is great. It ought to be really useful. But the design has not been thought through. Very little is self-explanatory, and the FAQs on Teamer’s site are little help. For example, there seems to be no way to plan more than one match at a time and the app barely copes with multiple identities (e.g. parent vs young player). There’s no obvious way to remove irrelevant teams from years ago. So what should be a great resource for coaches and players just isn’t. A real shame. It could be so much better with a little bit of user testing. Hopefully someone will design a better app for this than this one.

We use this to keep everyone informed of what’s going on in our cycling club. It’s a good system for this although things like adding multiple events are a bit clunky. Would prefer to be blue to select from a template. Recently they also reduced the number of free SMSs that can be used which is annoying but it’s free so can’t really complain

We use this to run a number of teams; there are glitches at times but cant complain when it’s free. Improvements I’d like to see are the ability to download players to a spreadsheet and have a make/female field as the reserve function no use without that in a mixed team where set numbers of each required.

We run ten teams for our football club pretty much all through Teamer now .. it works well in the main although the Apple Pay facility has packed up recently .. The help desk have said it will be resolved soon .. what would be really useful is for card details to be remembered ..

This is a good app and is helping with organising our team. Would be useful if you could add scores to games and vote for player of match via the app. Maybe you can but cannot find. Same functionality as web on the app would be useful also

Can’t see any content. Even though I’m logged in, every page gives a pop up saying “Error: you sent invalide authentication credentials”. When it did work, it’s not obvious who has been selected to play and who is simply available.

Great app makes life easier as just started helping with the coaching for my lads team. My main issue is the interface needs updating to be in line with recent iOS and IPhone screens as it looks dated on my iPhoneX. Also messaging would be best for just the parents. Could be there but I’ve not yet found it as currently the chats come mainly via the registered kids which is confusing. 👍

Can it not notify the admin when a player who was previously playing declined.

Great App, and generally straight forward to use but glitchy. Two separate occasions now where we have had to adjust KO time and fixture simply disappears. Please fix this - there are other similar Apps!

Whether teamer sends out notifications to everybody is a bit hit and miss and whether responses get processed is also not perfect But it is easier than emailing out to the team and chasing responses

Set up more complicated then it needs to be. MOTM voting which is a good addition is intermittent (sends out some weeks but not others) very basic and could be a lot better if they are willing to listen to feedback. TBH Better apps out there!.

I’m using this on and iPhone 8 Plus and it’s not rendering properly. I’m assuming this is the case for all plus-sized phones and the iPhone X. Can you fix it please?

Can’t get into the app I’m just getting a blank screen some assistance would be welcome
