Khelomore has always been my Go To App for all my sports bookings for many years. Unlike other similar Apps, the booking process is way smoother and faster The Interface is also much better and customer friendly. I had to reschedule my sessions a couple of times, and khelomore was extremely cooperative 👍🏻.

Do not use this app as they don’t consider any of your request and repeatedly use statements like its app policy. Even after to making multiple booking single cancellation was rejected and no refund given on other hand the turf management support. Then why to book via such unsupportive apps and waste time. Do not waste your money and time. Contact turf directly they will make necessary changes and support.

My first experience with the Khelomore app was extremely disappointing. I had booked a badminton court for 2 hours on January 12, 2025. However, when I arrived with my friends, the venue manager had no record of my booking and stated that they were not associated with the Khelomore app. There was no way to contact Khelomore customer service, which makes me question whether it even exists. I was left with no choice but to pay directly at the venue for an offline booking. Given these issues, I’m concerned about the legitimacy of the app. To make matters worse, I still haven’t been able to reach anyone to request a refund or file a complaint. I wonder how such an app was approved on the Apple App Store. I strongly advise others to avoid this app.

This app has no basic testing in place. They did a overlap booking on my booking and fail to offer any other ground. The irony of these kind of apps shows that everyone wants to build apps and don't care about end user problems. They are not even shameful of their mistake and yet they have not fixed the problem. Today you try booking the same court twice from different IDs it will still book. Hence calling it a naive app The App Store should give negative rating as well

Worst experience while using it for the very first time. After booking the ground through the app ,the ground management told sorry the slot is olready given to some other people via offline booking. Hence I asked for refund, after lots of struggle I got my refund after 17 days . Would suggest not to use the app currently they have lots of technical issues and bugs.

Please dont book from this app, instead book directly from turf. The support executive does not reply to query till booking and after booking starts they reply and say now you will not get refund or rescheduling. Very worst customer support. Very uncooperative and unprofessional staff when it comes to reviewing bookings or asking for cancellations. The company goes against its own refund policies and staff even goes to the extent of saying “sir I’m sorry I haven’t written that on our app, I cannot give you any refund”. Another member of staff laughs on call and says “it’s not my lookout how you manage to cancel the booking”. Great idea, horrible horrible execution and really unprofessional operations team.

I have made a booking for 14th november but due to some mistake or error booking date showed as 11th november. Instantly I have raised a request to move the booking to 14th as I have paid whole money for booking which is 3000 but their support didn’t reached out to me or resolved my issue.
