Fake players
App used to be good. Now hosts (Saidapet blues and others) add fake offline players or players who are not at all at par with the skill mentioned. Pathetic responses from hosts, can’t even trust whether to join or not ?
App doesn't work
I have installed and uninstalled many times. Payment page comes as a blank one when confirming through the app. Have to login everytime to book the slot. This is both on my phone and Xiaomi tab.
Dimensions not mentioned
Hi, it would be really helpful if you can add the dimensions of all the venues / turfs listed, so it will be helpful for customers to compare them. A simple length x width x height should be enough.
Great app
It’s a great place to start the sport of your choice let it be a beginner or professional. More importantly the support for this app is incredible. Any refund issues or profile related issues, support team resolves it within a day or two. That’s good for an app honestly.

They are taking money from u for the bookings on the turf which is already sold out. They are refunding after a week.
Scam level 💯
Fraud and cheating
They clearly promised a full refund if the game did not happen and a half refund if it did. I cancelled well in advance and the game never happened, yet no refund was given. The help desk response is slow, unhelpful, and avoids giving the refund that was promised. Later the app shows as if there was no game at all, conveniently denying the earlier commitment. This is misleading and unacceptable.

Do not use this app, you will lose your money and not get a booking and the app will portray it as ur fault.
Be ready to get a refund amount or cancellation amount to be the total payment.
Booked two turf games and paid 1k in advance , cancels the game last minute and does not refund .
This app is a scam do not trust it , the support system doesn’t even work and honestly a huge disappointment

Changing the Preferred position makes the total games Zero
In the Sports card (ratings for each game of the player) changing the preferred position makes the total games to “0” in it. This makes the player’s profile to loose their games count

I’m unable to login to go inside the app after selecting the types of games. I use iPhone 15 pro. It’s not scrolling up to click or go to next page .

Not able to move past “What sports do you play page”. The continue option isn’t showing on a smaller screen of iphone mini 13.

Turf Town has been great for me! Now, I’m able to find games at the touch of a button. Before I used to struggle to enter whatsapp groups and discover football games. For someone living in Velachery, Turf Town has made my life very easy! Highly recommended! A feature suggestion : please allow me to buy Turf Coins. Instead of making a transaction every time, I can dispense from my wallet

There is no search or filter option to show available turfs for your preferred time. You have to browse through each turf to find a slot.

Bugs, Issues, Theme and Pay & Join
This App used to be one of my favourite before update… new update has lots of bug and very inaccessible ..
* Every time you check in a game and return to home page you have to apply filter which doesn’t work properly
* Pay & join make the players count slower, even if someone wants to join they have to wait until they get good number for the game to be sure or else they are looking for some other games which is also not possible
* Hosts can simply kick out excess player at last min of game, when a player is committed to one game out of 3 and gets kicked at last min really doesn’t make sense and this feature is unnecessary
* Theme - dark is great but some other fonts aren’t visible and it give the an uncomfortable accessing,
**in short .. previous version was better and easily accessible**
Why is uploading photo mandatory?
I had used this app for sometime and then got logged out. Now again when I am trying to use it, its not allowing me to login without uploading a photo of mine. How can you force someone to upload a photo for a booking app when even social media has kept it optional???

The best app out there to find games and to join games in Chennai. As a host, I got no stress in ensuring people turn up for the game

App and the interface and all is good but turns out there's about ₹100 or something like that this app adds to the actual cost of the ground.. I feel this should be said upfront in the payments page that you guys charge money for using the app. Disappointed by this 😐

No refund despite cancelling before 5 hrs
They say the cut off time is 6 hrs but wont provide any support if you are cancelling due to a medical emergency. Tried to cancel 5 hrs before and no refund despite multiple requests. Dont recommend this to anyone. The 3.3 rating at app store is a warning that I should have seen coming. Worst experience despite having a record of 0 no shows.
