Review Highlights
Good with bugs
It’s good overall but has frustrating bugs. The notifications are random. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t, sometimes you get then after you’ve read the messages and closed the app so you think you have new notifications but when you open the app again, it’s the notifications for the messages you already read. Almost like they’re delayed and disconnected. Even worse, it randomly won’t let me upload simple pictures or screenshots into our chats. For example, I uploaded a picture of one player just fine but 30 seconds later, I tried to upload a picture of a second player and it threw an error. But then my brother was able to upload the picture that failed. I’ve let support know but my experience with support so far has been terrible. Of the handful of times I’ve reached out, they’ve never resolved anything for me. I hope they fix it because I like the app for the most part.

Lack of web version to post is painful, otherwise great.

Needs a working upgrade option
Great stats app, but a lot of the functionality is behind a paid option. Not a problem; happy to purchase, but you can’t. Clicking upgrade in app doesn’t go anywhere, and there’s no self service option on the website. Our team wants to buy, and we can’t. Very frustrating. Otherwise it’s awesome.
Used to be great
This used to be a great app but now I can’t setup a team and when I used the email they provided for support, the email bounced back that it was an email that was not valid. I reached out to the sales email and it has been almost 3 days without any email.
Great app, awful customer support
As a director of coaches for a youth soccer club I love everything about Ollie app. It’s easy to use very well organized, soccer focused, parents love it. I had no issues with Ollie until recently it seems like they had a staff changes and some of the features that were free before like adding teams now the app requires you to upgrade to use it. It’s unfortunate but that’s not the issue the problem here is the app won’t allow you to upgrade without speaking to their sale team which will get back to you in 24hrs. Ive been sending a request to be contacted for the past 3 weeks and still nothing ! My season is about to start and I need to add my new to teams the app but there is no way for me to do so unless I upgrade but still no one in their sales team has contacted me. They use to have an employee that I would speak to with any issues who very responsive but unfortunately he is no longer There and it seems like no one else is either ! Lol
Its unfortunate because it is a very good app but if I can’t more teams there is no way I can use it. I hope there customer support improves.

My team has recently switched clubs and so we have now started use this app instead of using what we had before(teamsnap.) so far this app looks good and clean. but it is lacking in some minor personal preferences, for example, there is no widget. this sounds dumb but i loved the team snap widget cause of how easy it was to see when my next practice was. Also i would love to see a dark mode/version, it is really white and bright and i would love a darker version. last, i prefer to use google calendar to apple and sadly you are only able to sync your schedule to an apple calendar and not google.
but all and all i think this app does what it's supposed to and is a good app.

I just downloaded this app to give it a try but don’t see anywhere to set up a new user. All I see is Have a invite code or log-in. How do I set up a new user?

No Google Calendar Linking
This app cannot link with Google Calendar. Seems like a gigantic flaw to me. I have an iPhone I prefer to use Google Calendar rather than I had everything to two calendars.

Our program loves this app! From the players engagement in their development, to parents able to participate in the Live Feed experience through pictures and videos, to the coaching staff’s ability to fully manage the program from ONE app, this is the best out there. The Ollie team fully understands what a soccer program requires and continuously improves and updates the software to stay relevant and respond to customer requests. I am truly amazed at their response time and their desire and ability to be the best program out there for any soccer program. As long as I’m coaching, Ollie is the only app we will use!

Love the stat keeping!!
I am a team manager and keep stats for most of my sons games. We LOVE being able to keep track of passing, shots, goals, player/team possession, playing time and more. We are so glad this app was invented and continues to improve and grow.
Time saver
The Ollie app has saved me so much time since my children’s practices and games automatically appear in my calendar I do not have to worry about incorrectly entering them. I always have confidence that I have the right information. The stats feature is awesome too! It is fun to see your teams stats and my players love looking at their personal stats too!

Great app for team sports
We have used Ollie for the past year for our club soccer team and it has been awesome. User friendly, allows for communication as a group or to individuals, let’s us see events and even GPS locations right out of the event itself (links up with my Google Maps app), and has a quick and simple RSVP feature so we can easily let our coach know what events we can and can’t make it to. Of all the apps we have used with our kids’ various activities Ollie has by far been both the easiest and the most inclusive in terms of the information it allows a team to exchange.
Great app - Even Better Support
Been a long time Team Snap fan. Our club paid for premium Ollie and pushed us to move to this app and it’s been good. What’s great is their support. Ive submitted some suggestions and ideas and they’ve been very responsive. They are continually releasing more updates and all the parents of our team have really liked the beginner stats that we’ve kept track of.
I’ve also got 4 kids on 4 different teams all on the app. It’s been really good to keep track of them all in one place.
Best app for club soccer!
This is the best app our there for competitive soccer hands down. I’ve tried them all. My favorite feature is that the app allows someone on the team to record stats! Also the calendar sinks easily with my phone calendar and the chat feature is simple and very user friendly. It also allows the athletes to mark attendance to events. I’m using it for multiple teams. Very happy. Love it!
Easy to use - nice to have data
Ollie has been a great app for taking soccer stats. They continue to improve their features making it even better. Easy to use and able to keep fairly good track of the game. Nice that fans can add photos and videos to the game feed and that family and fans can follow along and be somewhat aware of what’s going on. Keep up the good work Team Ollie!
Easy & convenient
I love the ease of seeing upcoming and past games/events. I also appreciate the convenience of having all of the player and parent information easily accessible in case you need to contact someone.
The only thing I would to see Ollie add is some kind of “photo/video” album so that parents can easily upload and view without having to scroll through all of the chats.
Other than that Ollie is a fantastic app and definitely the best one I’ve used so far for sports teams!
data and soccer?! Mind blown
This app is perfect for parents to check in on their child’s performance. It’s super accurate and helps point out strengths and weaknesses game after game. It’s also nice for me as a parent to see so I know exactly how to help my child progress. My little dude loves looking at his stats, awards, strengths and weaknesses. All around I feel like this is such an added benefit and love that we have this kind of data to run with. Well done Ollie!!
Best Team Management app
We’ve used Ollie for several years and are continually impressed with its capabilities. The Ollie Sports team is constantly improving the functionality of the app, the statistics are easy to manage and the chat/team planning is a breeze to work with. Honestly, they’ve invented an app for idiots to look like pros and if you’re a team manager or coach, this is a ‘must have.’
Amazing
We have been using Ollie in our club for the past year, it has made communicating with our entire team a breeze. I’m the team Admin and it has made my job so much easier!! I can add events like practice or games or scrimmages to the team calendar and it automatically updates to everyone’s google calendars. It is amazing!! I can’t imagine doing my job without it.

We have used multiple team apps for communication and calendars and this easily tops all of them and also has the stat tracker. The layout is simple and easy but the tracker is the best feature. The data it can produce is amazing. I have deleted all my other team apps and just use this

This app is a must have for soccer as a player, parent, or coach. The app is great for communication and calendaring but the real benefit is the stats. It helps you see the unseen and gives you real information to become better. Highly recommend!
Convenient, helpful & effective
This sports app does not disappoint. I love having all events, rosters and chats available in such a user friendly format. The stats are awesome whether at a game or viewing from a different location. And the calendar syncing keeps me up to date and organized.

Our team uses Ollie for all our communications and we LOVE it! As a parent of a player on the team, we have great communication in regards to calendars, games, trainings, locations and upcoming events. We especially love the statistical postgame report. We love to see our son’s ball placement in his shots, his personal stats, and how he stacks up with his team. Such a cool app and totally user friendly!
Clean and strong
This app has helped our club communicate with parents and run a safe, well scheduled season. The administrative side of my job is now easy to accomplish. Stats is a huge benefit over entering paper stats into excel and calculating out all the strengths and weaknesses of my teams.
Best soccer team app ever!
Our kids have played on multiple club soccer teams and we’ve never found an app that works as well as Ollie. It’s easy to communicate with coaches and players. I love having the calendar sync to my phone. And my daughter and I both love studying her stats after each game. Amazing!

I live that I have all my kids teams in one place to manage their schedules and have group chats too. Their customer service is fantastic. Every time I’ve had a problem with the app they have worked very hard and quickly to get a resolution.

Ollie is a great app for communicating information about games, practices, their locations, as well as communicating between parents of team members and coaches. It’s simple, but very user-friendly. Thanks for making such a great app! My only suggestion would be to add the ability to delete conversations in the “Chat” tab that are no longer needed.

All info in one place
It is great to have the team roster, team schedule, and team comments in one easy to use location. Other apps have the schedule and roster but don’t support effective communication and so an additional app is needed. That is not the case with Ollie.
