Toptracer Range

This app won’t load anymore, opening to an error page. No matter how many times I update the app or delete then reinstalling it, it simply won’t work!!! Use to work brilliantly but nothing now!!

Cant see practice on ipad although signed in with same account as iphone.

Not sure what happened to this app but it doesn’t open for me or my friends now and has been like this for weeks

The app has stopped working since the update now it generates n error code when I try and log back in no just freezes. Very annoying and had to log in as a guest. Unless it gets fixed I shame be using again

It cannot login after the apps renew!

The app doesn’t work on IOS 26.2. It opens and then an error appears that cannot be fixed. The app is currently unusable

Honestly, the apps great for tracking etc but it feels very lonely, would love to have an addition where you can have friends & compare stats etc. not just through challenges but in general leaderboards. Would make this the perfect app & more social.

Have been using Toptracer app and it has been great. However got iPhone 17 Pro this week which comes with ios26 installed. Toptracer now doesn’t work when trying to scan QR code at the range, with following message displayed; Something went wrong. The operation couldn’t be completed. (SwiftGraphQLClient. Combined Error error 1.) I have turned phone off and on, logged out of Toptracer and back in, still no joy. Toptracer is this an issue you can help with please?

Paid but the app just goes in circles. Scan the qr code the back to scan the qr codes. hopeless.

Can’t find any way to delete clubs that I now don’t own.

The app works well overall, but I’d really like to see a few practical improvements: Filter Club Distances by Date or Conditions It would be helpful to filter distance data by date or conditions. Players improve over time, and carry distances vary between cold and warm weather. Being able to view distance trends over time would give a more accurate picture of current performance. Let Us Disable Default Clubs Right now, the default clubs can't be turned off or hidden. It clutters the view when I only want to focus on the clubs I actually use. Improve the Dispersion Map Layout The dispersion view needs a better scale. Currently, vertical and horizontal scales are off—e.g., 300 yards of distance is squeezed into the top third of the screen while 80 yards of lateral spread uses the full screen width. This skews the data visually. Something closer to TrackMan’s app would be great

Could have been so much better with proper stats of each session and more date. Whats stopping you? And also not all my inbound shots are showing up on app even when i logged in and was only player!

Can’t fault the app, absolutely amazing. Would be cool if you could add friends. Also a feature so you can see what ranges you’ve visited. Ive used Toptracer in the UK, Portugal and Japan. Maybe collecting a stamp at a new range? Keep up the good work.

Awesome! It really makes the range so much more fun and useful.

This system has revolutionised the range, used to hate practice but now love it. One niggle though is when playing a match, if I play 2 shots and end up within 31yrds, I get a very small target for par or birdie, fair enough, but when my partner hits 2 rubbish shots but manages somehow to hit a chip close to the pin, he gets a massive target, usually for the win and he’s played 3 against my 2! Just seems incredibly in favour of really missing the green in 2, you get a much better chance to save par.

When I enter my password, the app crashes. See report from June.

Tried many times on multiple occasions and it errors out everytime I try to create an account

Since the new look software was updated at my local TopTracer range, 20-25% of the shots don’t get traced. Particularly with Driver ball speeds of 160mph and above - very frustrating. Never used to be a problem. Same thing has happened in 3 different bays in the last 3 visits.

This app did work for me but recently I can’t get the camera to work to scan the qr code. The camera pops up but it’s just black. I have allowed access to the camera in the settings and reinstalled the app without any luck.

If I had a pound for every time I was forced to update this app, I’d buy the company and stop the updates.

For some unknown reason it has removed the option to update your clubs so I am stuck in it’s my old clubs when visiting the range for practice and distances

However many times I click on the new privacy policy I cannot click on the box to confirm my acceptance as it constantly scrolls down off the screen. Cannot believe you didn’t put this through UA testing

App freezes when trying to open any leaderboard.

Toptracer is a great way to play golf without actually being there. The app is fun learning app.

toptracer is without doubt the future of driving ranges.

This app and the technology it works with is fantastic how ever there are one or two things that could improve it! It would be cool to have a “Friends” option so you can compare stats with your friends, an “Issue Challenge” option to challenge your friends to beat particular scores/distances etc but the MAIN improvement I feel would be to be able to see a deeper breakdown of “Virtual Golf”, allowing us to see what scores we got on each hole!

Before I found this I was taking photos on phone of averages. Now just scan at the range and all recorded on my phone.

You should be able to opt out of giving reviews. I keep getting asked & will leave a 1* from now on.

Have been using the app for 2 years, suddenly over a week ago it stopped loading all my other apps are fine. Have ‘reached out’ to Toptracer twice now and had no response at all which is more than disappointing. Ron Jones

Having too tracer on my local range has helped my golf hugely. Play a few round of virtual golf is great fun. I also love the Driving Challenge and the approach challenge. But getting some very stats while practicing has help bring my handicap down from 22 to 16 in a year.

It’s a very good app it’s easy to use and shows you all the locations of where it is installed. There are different games unique to your driving range and it tracks your progress. A must have if you play golf. Oh and it can be a small bit inaccurate but is usually pin point.

This has been installed at a couple of my local golf ranges. This has increased the enjoyment of practicing at the range level 10 fold. Absolutely love it.

Cannot believe the 4.8/5, TT is a complete pain in the a**e compared to Trackman.

Great way to practice

Have filled everything in (with green ticks) and read the terms and conditions etc but there is no option to progress from there. Also no support options to get help. Really unimpressed.

Have been trying for 4 wks to get this app working. Have iPhone 11pro on latest iOS update and I have deleted app , rebooted iPhone. I can’t get beyond log in with email. Therefore totally useless for me.

Great app, great for monitoring improvements and cool app for showing off your stats (yardage, ball speed etc) 👍 would recommend if you got a driving range that uses this technology 👍

Downloaded and started to register but on entering my email the app froze then logged out Deleted from phone

Have installed several times but app will not allow an account to be created. Have messaged toptracer and no response. Very disappointing service.

I could not sign up to the app on my iPhone. I managed to sign up using a different device but still cannot sign in using my iPhone. I have sent numerous requests for help via the website but had no response so trying here now. The login screen just freezes as soon as I put my email address in.

I was expecting so much more from this app. Why do I need to take camera pics myself of the toptracer screens while practicing in order to try and “save” 99% of my data to review later, when IT’S ALL BEING CAPTURED and the app and user registration is REQUIRED to start a session? 😡 Come on, developers! Pleeeeeeeeeeeease add all the features and views from the actual session to this app and let us see flight paths, maybe even my best shots in “closest to pin” competitions. Course replays. Maybe then people would SHARE THEIR BEST SHOTS on social media, like I wanted to do just now... but nope, there are only minimal “leaderboards” in the app. Not exactly pretty. Give us those graphics you’ve already made... and that we WANT to look back at, not a list of numbers like some 1980s spreadsheet. I mean just look at the screenshots “showing off” this app in the store: Scrollable tables. Maybe one graph. So disappointing. YOU 👏🏻 CAN 👏🏻 DO 👏🏻 BETTER!

At my last visit to a TopTracer range the statistics were increasingly inaccurate and just showing some of my shots as going along the ground so flat carry was only quarter of total distance hit and launch angle very low. A waste of a visit and £10 so I hope it gets sorted soon. This was at the Oaks Park Range and may have just been a single faulty machine.

Decent app for free which makes going to the range a bit more interesting and fun. Practice mode is very good and lets you keep and review varied data for each of your clubs. Use this correctly and it will improve your game management. Game modes like virtual golf at famous courses are fun but don’t yet let you review or update your stats with shot by shot data after use. Hopefully a future update will enable this. Other improvements needed include the ability to select a club in virtual mode and play against other people at the same or even other ranges.

Very poor technology for tracing at the range. If you have any height in wood shots I think it assumes you're hitting an iron or something. I was watching 3 wood shots I hit carry just beyond the 200 marker and roll for a long time after but the system shows it carrying 140 and getting five yards of roll like you've just hit a 9 iron. The way it does putting on virtual golf is beyond a joke as well. You can hit a second shot approach to within 12 foot of the pin and then you have to hit it precisely 55 yards to within three foot of a flag on the range to get a birdie or within eight foot for a par. No option for roll at all. Just hit a 55 yard flop you would seldom ever play on a real course, on a dime otherwise it's bogey or worse. I go to the range to practise, whenever I use top tracer I genuinely come away feeling angry and less confident in my game, the exact opposite of how I want to feel after practice. I'm a 12 handicapper and have played for half my life so I'm not a beginner or anything. Very frustrating.

Iv just returned to golf after a ten year break (I wasn’t very good back then 😂) following having children and this technology is fantastic to help improve my game as well as teach my young lad how to play , learning how far you hit each club is invaluable.

The data handling on this app is now so bad it puts me off going to the range. Last shot yardage differs depending on which screen you look at. It’s almost impossible to gain any insight from your practice history. You cannot remove old sessions or old clubs completely. For some reason on the iPad you cannot zoom out to see all the info together. On the face of it this is exactly the app I want but it is executed so badly I will have to ignore it until there is another major update and hope someone who has used the app is involved in its design.

Great app and brilliant set of stats. The only disappointment is that you can’t access club data from all the games such as ‘Closest to the pin’. I would love to see all the shots from all the game modes. Not only ‘What is in my bag’. Strange as this data is already captured. Plus ability to select my club in those other game modes would be a huge bonus.

When playing hole by hole the information is not saved, you cannot review shot by shot and improve on your score. A playback option should be possible because it’s already recorded on the screen so the data should be ported over to your phone. Right now you play a game and just get a score. Not helpful

Since the most recent update this week, every time I try to review my club stats the app closes down. Worked perfectly before this update.

Good app that was easy to setup and use at the TopTracer range I recently went to, (Paul Lawrie GC). Only used the ‘What’s in my bag’ feature which at the range was really impressive for general use. At the time, I didn’t look too much into duff shots, ball flight and dispersion as I assumed I could go in and edit this post range session and analyze each shot like I can do with trackman. Hopefully this is something that can be built in soon as it would make it a fantastic training aid and would get a lot more from a session

Revolutionised the driving range. Keele driving range has always been a place to enjoy with mates but this has made it a million times better. Virtual rounds, closest to the pin, stat tracking. Not sure I’ll ever go on a course again!!

So I've used this for a while and the basic data is good. I've bought some new irons but not wedges or woods, so now the iron statistics for some clubs are not correct, for example my new 7 iron is a few degrees different. We need the ability to clear the historical data at a club level. Please can you fix this? Thanks

I love this because I can work on my faults. I can see where the shots are going along with a track of the flight of the ball. I can adjust accordingly. I wish we had this technology years ago

Was enjoying the app and the stats it gives however the update seems to have taken away some of the features. I would like it to show Total distance for WITB instead of just “Flat Carry” which it does now, what even is Flat Carry 🤷🏼‍♂️ A few small tweaks and it could be perfect

I was hoping it would show my shots, longest drive. Best on target etc. But unfortunately not. Only shows closest to pin and what’s in my bag. Missing all the other games. Would be excellent if I can review at least my best shops regardless of game. On the range it would be excellent if I could compete against other bays rather than having everyone in the same bay.

I don’t ever write reviews, but felt compelled due to the sheer disappointment this provides. In principal it’s a great idea and the technology at driving range works, so how hard can it be to push that data to the app? Apparently very! Because none of the data ever transfers over and so it’s a wasted app I don’t need on my phone. Fix the issue with being able to collect my sessions and I’ll rate higher

No instruction on how to set up, my barcode scanners get no results, and I was quite excited at the thought of recording performance by club Sorted now, you have to go to your phone settings and make the camera available. The app support needs to guide on checking that the camera is on Also how to find the barcode when you are on the range, at the moment it’s rather hit and miss

The app u fortunately keeps crashing, so I can’t register, I’m on apple , my mates have Samsung and have no problem, have you any suggestions please.

No longer able to isolate performance in what’s in my bag by time period. Means the data relates to ever shot you hit rather than by day, week, month or year Significant dowmgrade

Hi Devs, the app is great, it just needs more. Add Friends - 4 of us play every week, why can’t we add & compare stats with friends? Scorecard - Virtual Golf doesn’t save your score card, just your final score. In game stats - virtual golf doesn’t save statistics, ie longest drive, GiR%, Fairways hit etc. The whole point of this app is to track my improvement, but without the above, or having to use specific modes to capture that data, in the end all it does is show an average chart. More, more more - you are so close.

The Toptracer Golf system is the reason I go to one range over another. Brilliant. Be great on the practice stats to be able to glance at the club list and see if your distance is trending up and by how much without having to go into the club.

I was going to buy a launch monitor until l came across this Toptracer at my local golf range l find this gives all l need to know at a fraction of buying a launch monitor

After 20 years of playing golf this is the best thing I’ve ever used to improve my golf game and ball striking. 10/10

I managed to sign up, but now it won’t let me sign in. The app just crashes. Given up after about 10 attempts. Other reviewers seem to be having similar problems, especially when using an iPhone, so it looks as though the developer needs to get their act together.

I visit a range with these tracer sets up, I noticed that you can sign in with a phone, but as I only really want to do distance I didn’t see the point in the app/games. However I finally decided to get this, sign up and scan the little barcode so that I can measure improvement. It doesn’t store that kind of info. One of the guys at the range told me it’s only useful if you play the games ‘closest to pin’ etc Shame. The stuff at the range is clearly capturing data as I can see distance speed and range map when I’m there, I don’t know why this doesn’t transfer over to the app.

Loving this, just installed at Delapre in Northampton. Instant feedback on height, how much your shot deviates left or right etc. Transforms The range into pebble beach! Just hope prices don’t go up, but love it.

I have downloaded app on my I phone but won’t allow me to log in it just freezes the scene. It works ok on my iPad. Needs to be fixed and quickly

I have down loaded the app but it will not let me set up an account. As soon as you put my email address in it chucks me out.

Very decent information on your swing. Helps to range your clubs. well presented app - not many adds or subscription badgering. Good all round.

If you could add friends and compare scores on virtual golf etc this app would be perfect

Great app, super engaging. There’s multiple game modes and every shot is tracked to improve your game. Has made the Driving range 10x more appealing.

深夜に練習するのですが、絶対的な深夜2〜3時にメンテナンス中になります。イベントでトップになっていてもメンテナンス中で終わります。これが本当に面倒。 時間ずらせばいい話ですが、、 人混みが嫌いなのでね。 どうにかならんのかいな、、

開けなくなった

何かが違うようです、、、なんて出てきて開けない！なんで？！

Top tracer 30でどのクラブを使ったか、記録できるようにして欲しい。

半年〜1年ぐらい？開いていなくて久しぶりに起動させたら「すみません、何かが違うようです」という表示だけ出て何も進みません。

以前は愛用しており問題なく使えていたが、ログインも何も出来なくなってしまいゴミアプリになってしまった。

前回はすぐ反映されたけど、今回は反映されない。

クラブ別計測の結果を自宅で見ようにも、重たすぎて開きません。 ちなみに電波は最高の状態でやっていますが。 改善お願いします。 トップトレーサー自身は最高の機能で大好きです！

練習場でのデータをスマホでも見れるので練習の振り返りにもすごく使えてよいです！ ただ、1点だけ要望があります。それは、クラブ別計測のデータ（表）をCSVなどに出力することが出来たら、もっと良いなと思います。

以前まで普通に使えていたのですが、いまはアプリが開きません。 すみません…何かが違うようです。 と記載があり、そこから進まない。何ででしょう？？

3ヶ月前からログイン時のカメラが起動しません。インストールし直してもです。改善待ってます。

打ちっ放し練習場が導入してボール代を値上げしたので自然とアプリ利用者になった。昨日、突然、ログインしてもHPに遷移せずイベント登録ページばかりが出てくる。どうすれば元に戻るのか問い合わせたが返事がない。

久しぶりに起動したら『すみません、何かが違います！』 というメッセージがでて起動しない。何が違うの？!

アカウント設定が完了出来なくて、不満。 iphoneの画面が、落ちる。

編集で「隠したショット」を分布画面にて色分けで分かる様にして欲しいです。

余計なアップデートしてくれたおかげで、動きが凄く重い。 不要な表示パネルのおかげで無駄なデータの読み込みが多い。

ログインしないと利用できなくなり、新たなアカウントを登録したところ、これまでのデータが消えてしまった。痛恨の極み。 前を向いて歩いていく。

used to work fine, i hadnt used the app in 3 weeks or so and when i try to log in to a golf range the screen is all black. not sure if this has to do with app updates, but would appreciate a fix.

携帯が古くてアップデート出来ず使えなくなってしまいました。 過去のデータを見る事も出来ず ゲームにも参加出来ずざ残念です。

マイバッグの登録はクラブの長い順になっているのに、クラブ別計測の結果を見ると、ユーティリティの間にウッドが入っていたり、アイアンの下にドライバーがあったりと、バラバラに並んでいて、大変見ずらい。以前はちゃんとクラブの長い順になっていたのに… 何年も前のデータも、日付で一括で削除できるようにして欲しいと何度もリクエストしてるが、全く改善されず、データが増える一方だからか、クラブ別計測だけ開くのにとても時間がかかる。

GDOのアカウントから登録しようとしましたがプロフィールを作成する項目から進ます登録できません。アプリの再インストール、本体の再起動、他のデバイスで試みてもダメでした。

クラブ別計測の平均値が平均化されない。早く不具合改善してほしい。

突然合計ショット数が12000以上から3000程度になってしまい、ハイライトも過去のデータになってしまった。アプリ上で問い合わせしようと思っても最後の「メッセージ送信」ボタンが活性化せず問い合わせできない。修正してください。

練習場に行ってログインしようとしたらアップデートの指示が出てアップデートもログインも出来なくなりました。どうしてでしょう？

誤計測で隣の打席のデータが履歴に残ってる。355ヤードも飛ばないんだけど、消せるようにならないかなぁ？

他の方も書かれてますが 現在不具合が発生してるようです と表示されてアカウントが作れません 何故ずっと放ったらかしなのでしょうか

何度やっても「問題が発生しました」の画面になる。いつになってもユーザー登録が出来ない。全然使えません。

愛用していましたが、iPhoneの故障によりデータが消えてしまいました。 ログインもできず、再登録も出来ません。 ずっと「現在、不具合が発生しているようです。」がなってしまいます。 いつ不具合は解消されるのでしょうか？

練習場にてログインできません、よって使えません。

今回のアップデートのせいか、my stats の個別データを見ようとすると強制終了するようになった。横長画面のipad をサポートしないなら、はっきりと明示して欲しい。使い物にならないアプリをあたかも対応しているかのように装うのは極めて不愉快。

まず、トップレーサー自体の問題で弾道がまともに計測されない時が多すぎる。 そして、たまにうまく計測できてもこのアプリに更新されない。 どうなってんの？

練習場ではボール速度が50kmとかで一打一打表示されるが、後でアプリで見ると170kmとかいうあり得ない数字になってるので星マイナス1 それ以外はとても良い振り返りのできるアプリ

バージョン3.44.2になってから精度は上がったようですが、以下の点が不満です。 バーチャルゴルフのアプローチゲーム後すぐに次のホールに進むようになって結果がわかりにくい。 ログインできたかどうかが分かりにくい 改善を希望しますします。

生年月日はどうやって入力するの？

前置きに実際凄くいいサービスです。 しかし現在不具合がありGDOさんに調べて頂いてるところですが、GDOさんとの連携済みのアカウントでログイン時にプライバシーポリシー同意決定を押すと［問題が発生しました。現在不具合が発生しているようです。再度お試しいただくか、後ほどお越しください］の画面が出てその先にある練習場でのQRコードを読み取るまで進めないという不具合が発生してます。アプリを消してiPhoneを再起動後、再インストールなど色々試しました。これで改善する方もいらっしゃるみたいなので試してみてください。私はダメだったため端末が原因か調べるため、新規でGDOアカウントを違うメールアドレスで新たに作り試したところ問題なくプライバシーポリシーから上記のメッセージも出ずアプリ起動が出来たので端末の原因では無さそう。一度このアプリでプライバシーポリシーをクリア出来たのでそこからログアウトをかけて再度入れないアカウントでログインを試みるも改めてプライバシーポリシーの表示が出て先に進めない。厄介なのは一度この状態になるとログアウトするためのアプリ画面が開けず先に進めないためまたアプリを消さなければならないというループ。上記を踏まえると別のアドレスでは新規で作れる事を考えるとアドレスが原因で入れない可能性が極めて高く、入れないアカウントのメールアドレスをGDOさんのサイトでメールアドレス変更を行い入れるか試してみたが同じGDOのアカウントであってもメールアドレスを変更してしまうとトップトレーサーの方では新規登録扱いになってしまうらしい。これではGDOとの連携の意味が無いのでないと思い現在不具合の改善をしていただいてます。進展がありましたら改めて同様の不具合がある方のために投稿します。

QRコードをスキャン出来ないで困っている。

楽しく使わせていただいてます。 残念ながら現在「プライバシーポリシーの更新」画面がスクロール出来ない為、「決定する」ボタンが押せず、アプリを使用出来ません。 アプリ起動時にプライバシーポリシーに同意するかどうかの確認画面になってしまい「同意する」のチェックは入れられるのですが、「決定する」ボタンが画面外なのでスクロールしたいのですが、出来ません。画面の設計がおかしい感じです。 確認お願いします。 機種：iPhoneSE2 iOS：16.5.1

新しく購入したクラブの飛びを計測する為に利用してます！クラブ別に計測できて大変便利！クラブ別にドライバーからウエッジまでそれぞれのショットの平均値もでます！スコアアップに便利！是非皆様も試しを！

ゴルフを真剣に始めて1年と6ヶ月が経過しました、チボリ（打ちっぱなし）でレッスンとバーチャルゴルフで楽しく練習し会員コースでは週一回から週2回ラウンドをして120叩いていたスコアも今は80から95でラウンドしていますが、まだまだムラがあるのでこのTOPTRACERで楽しみながら練習します。

番手ごとの距離測定モードでマイクラブの設定とありますが、この設定をどうやるのかが全くわからないです。 それ以外はとくに問題なく楽しめています。 プレイヤーによってモードの好き好きはありますが、若干淡白だったゴルフの練習が目的をもって出来るのが素晴らしいと思います。 ドラコンは若干熱が入るけどw

プロフィールの生まれた年を入力しようとすると、-92、-91、-90と続き、6、7、8までしか選択肢がない。 生まれた年なのに、年号を選択できない上に、適当に選択して進めようにも「不具合が発生しました。」の表記となり改善する見込みもない。 そのくせ、プロフィールを完成させようとか通知される。毎回イライラする。

初めて使用しましたが、自分のプレーをデータで確認できてとてもいいです。 ラウンド前に、番手毎のデータを持っておくことで、スコアアップが目指せると思います。 まだ、横浜の旭ファミリーゴルフだけなので、他の施設でも設置して欲しいです。

本アプリを起動すると100%iPhoneのミュージックが止まる不具合がありますので、修正をお願いします。リリース前にせめて 純正アプリ一式くらいは確認してからリリースしていただきたいです。

First and foremost it seems this program is only for Golf Digest Online (GDO) readers. Once installed the only page you see is Login or Signup. Signup goes to another page asking if you are a GDO reader and the ONLY option is to click “Signup with GDO”! Then the kicker, if you click the only option available it looks at your IP address and sends you to language hell. One would think that companies know by now, half a century after the dot com craze that people move and your IP address does NOT inform about language! My advice, don’t waste your time with this app!
