Wenn man Padel spielen will, ist man teilweise gezwungen, über diese App zu buchen – umso enttäuschender, wie kompliziert und chaotisch sie wirkt. Der Anmeldeprozess hat bei mir zunächst nicht funktioniert. Als ich es später erneut versuchen wollte, wusste ich den App-Namen nicht mehr – „Playtomic“ hat für mich keinen Bezug zu Padel. Also musste ich erst wieder über Google und den Platz suchen, bis ich erneut bei der App gelandet bin. Die Buchung selbst war ebenfalls verwirrend: Eingeladene Mitspieler dachten, sie müssten nochmals extra bezahlen, weil das schlecht kommuniziert wird. Zudem werden im Kalender Termine Wochen im Voraus angezeigt, die sich am Ende gar nicht buchen lassen. Und wenn man schon gezwungen ist, alles über eine App zu machen, hätte ich erwartet, dass grundlegende Infos enthalten sind: Wie läuft der Prozess vor Ort ab? Gibt es Schläger zum Ausleihen? Fallen Zusatzkosten an? Dazu gab es keinerlei Hinweise. Insgesamt leider keine benutzerfreundliche Erfahrung.

Man erstellt bei Playtomic ein Open Match, andere schließen sich an und idealerweise findet das Spiel wie geplant statt. In der Realität sagt aber jemand kurzfristig aus gesundheitlichen oder wichtigen Gründen ab und möchte das Match verlassen. Genau dann beginnt das Problem. Nach Ablauf der Stornierungsfrist kann man nicht einfach aussteigen. Stattdessen muss der Club kontaktiert werden oft ohne Erfolg. Man wartet, hofft und am Ende ist es für alle nur frustrierend. Das Match ist spielbar, das Ergebnis nicht eintragbar und kurzfristigen Ersatz findet man nur über externe Gruppen, und eine Stornierung ist ebenfalls nicht möglich. Mein Vorschlag an Playtomic war: Wenn ein Spieler aus wichtigem Grund das Match verlassen muss, sollten die übrigen Teilnehmer zustimmen können, damit der Platz wieder frei wird und jemand nachrücken kann. Das Match könnte dann normal stattfinden mit dem neuen Spieler, der Club muss nicht kontaktiert werden alle profitieren. Ich habe diese Situation mehrfach erlebt und Playtomic bereits darauf hingewiesen. Die Antwort kam schnell… leider wurde der Vorschlag abgelehnt. Schade hätte gut werden können!

Die App ist für Anfänger extrem unübersichtlich, vor allem bei der Kursbuchung. Die Darstellung der Kurse an einzelnen Standorten ist kompliziert und schlecht gelöst. Statt einfach gezielt nach einem Ort suchen zu können, muss man sich über eine Radiussuche durchkämpfen – das ist unnötig umständlich und frustrierend. Ein gravierendes Problem ist die Kommunikation: Trainer sind nur über den Chat erreichbar, eine Telefonnummer fehlt komplett. Das ist absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß und gerade bei kurzfristigen Änderungen ein echtes Problem. Heute ist ein gebuchter Kurs ausgefallen – und ich habe lediglich eine E-Mail erhalten. Keine Push-Benachrichtigung, keine Erklärung, keine Entschuldigung. Das führt im schlimmsten Fall dazu, dass man umsonst vor Ort erscheint und seine Zeit verschwendet. Die Rückerstattung funktioniert zwar, aber das ist das absolute Minimum. Insgesamt wirkt die App in zentralen Punkten schlecht durchdacht und nicht auf Nutzerfreundlichkeit ausgelegt. Hier besteht dringend und deutlich Verbesserungsbedarf.

I had a very disappointing experience with Playtomic. I joined a match that I clearly understood to be a competitive game. When I arrived at the court, the situation was suddenly different. There was confusion about the match type, and the opposing players even stated that they had changed it because they felt we were stronger players. This led to a disagreement on site, and I decided not to play under those changed and unclear conditions. Despite being physically present and ready to play, I was marked as a “no-show” and charged for the match. What is most frustrating is how one-sided the resolution process was. I contacted support multiple times, explained the situation in detail, and even clarified that I was present at the venue. However, they relied solely on their “system logs” and completely dismissed what actually happened on site. There was no real willingness to consider context or find a fair solution. The response felt rigid, impersonal, and ultimately unfair. It is disappointing to see a platform with such a strong position in the market handle situations like this without flexibility or customer-oriented thinking. It gives the impression that they can enforce decisions without meaningful accountability. I hope that more alternatives will enter the market soon, so players are not dependent on a single platform. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in Playtomic.

Was mir aber nicht gefällt ist folgendes: Wenn bei einem Open Match ein Spieler weniger als 24h vor Spielbeginn ausfällt, kann dieser nicht mehr gewechselt werden. Es passiert jedoch andauernd, dass sich die Spielerzusammensetzung weniger als 24 Stunden vor Spielbeginn noch einmal ändert. Die WhatsApp-Gruppen der Spielstätten sind voll von solchen kurzfristigen Anfragen und Änderungen. Kommt dann eine neue Konstellation zu Stande, ist es nicht möglich, das Ergebnis zu honorieren. Der App Support bietet folgende zwei Möglichkeiten, die beide unzureichend sind. Das sollte dringend angepasst werden! Hallo, die App an sich ist toll! Es gibt aber etwas, was ich überhaupt nicht verstehen kann. Bucht man einen Platz und macht diesen öffentlich, dann darf man nicht mehr stornieren… Es ist kein Wunder, warum es kaum öffentliche Spiele mehr gibt. Man möchte die Sportart supporten und trägt dann das volle Risiko… Findet man keine Spieler, dann darf man den ganzen Platz zahlen? Was soll das? Geht es nicht darum, eine Gemeinschaft aufzubauen? Zusätzlich soll noch jeder Spieler, welcher in den öffentlichen Chat geht, eine Gebühr zahlen? Man kann die Habgier förmlich riechen…

Habe 15% beantragt auf Familienbuchung : Nix Warum kann man 8:30 bis 10 Uhr Single buchen und nicht 9-10 wenn man 8:30 überspringt. Habe für 50€ premium gebucht. Wo steht das ich premium bin ? Wenn ich auf premium gehe kann ich nochmal buchen und bezahlen obwohl ich es schon bezahlt habe. Ansonsten ist die App nicht schlecht.

Soweit cool gemachte App. ABER: Bei der Platzreservierung sitzt man vor einer großen Auswahl an Zeiten im halbstunden-Takt. Diese muss man alle einzeln durchklicken, um zu sehen, ob ein Platz frei ist. Wenn man dann die Stunde einsieht, muss man nochmal sehr diffizil schauen, ob der Platz jetzt ein Einzel oder Doppel-Platz ist und dann auch noch, ob er Outdoor oder Indoor ist. Irgendwie für mich sehr sehr umständlich aufgebaut. Ich suche nur nach Doppel/Indoor Padel Plätzen und möchte die verfügbaren Zeiten wissen. Nicht andersherum.

Super Idee, Plätze buchen, Mitspieler finden, usw. Aber: Es fehlt an vielen Stellen dann leider an Funktionen und Support. Z.B. Kann man offene Matches 24 Stunden vor dem Spiel nicht mehr verlassen. Natürlich sinnvoll damit man planen kann, aber Unfug wenn jemand kurzfristig ausfällt. Warum kann man nicht verlassen wenn alle anderen zustimmen? Oder den Platz mit jemandem tauschen? Chat / Support ist angeblich von Mo - Fr tagsüber verfügbar aber immer offline. Ein Unternehmen das sich selbst mit 400 Mio Marktwert angibt, sollte wohl einen Menschen an den Chat setzen können?

Es ist unmöglich über die Kurssuche einen passenden Kurs zu finden. Es fehlen Filter für das Kurslevel und die Uhrzeit des Kurses. Man scrollt durch alle Level, klickt auf einen Kurs, um dann zu sehen, dass die Uhrzeit nicht passt. Gehe ich zurück, wirft die App mich an den Anfang der Suche zurück. Einfach benutzerunfreundlich.

Dark-Mode fehlt. Querformat geht beim iPad nicht. Der Chat sollte ein eigenes Icon haben und sich nicht hinter der Glocke bei den Benachrichtigungen verstecken. Die Menüführung ist nicht immer so ganz intuitiv, man muss oft suchen wo welche Einstellungen versteckt sind. Manchmal hängt sich die App auf wenn man einen Court buchen möchte und man beim Bezahlvorgang ist (iPhone 17 mit iOS 26.0.1). Im Chat kann man ab der 5. Zeile nichts mehr lesen was man schreibt. Das ist etwas nervig, bitte beheben. Die Hilfeseiten ist nicht optimal auf deutsch übersetzt. Es ist nicht immer ganz klar was passiert wenn man ein Open Match bucht und bis zur Buchung nicht genügend Spieler gefunden werden. Die Frage kommt oft wenn man sich so mit Leuten unterhält. Das müsste noch etwas besser erklärt werden sodass keine Fragen mehr offen sind. Eine gute App/Idee, macht Spaß, jedoch müssten ein paar Kleinigkeiten verbessert werden.

Seit die Sportmühle Hilden per Geschäftsführung entschieden hat, die Buchung der Padelplätze zwingend über die App Playtomic abzuwickeln, haben sich folgende Probleme ergeben: 1. Eingeschränkte Buchungsmöglichkeiten: Buchungen für den Amateurbereich meiner Kinder können nicht mehr über die sonst üblichen Kanäle erfolgen, die für alle anderen Sportarten im Studio verfügbar sind. 2. Datenweitergabe: Für die Registrierung musste ich meine persönlichen Daten angeben. Playtomic erhält damit Einblick in alle meine zukünftigen Buchungen. 3. Zahlungseinschränkungen: Meine Kinder können nicht mehr selbstständig mit ihrem Taschengeld bezahlen. 4. Werbung und Abos: Ich werde mit Benachrichtigungen, Werbung und Abo-Angeboten konfrontiert. 5. Preissteigerung: Die Kosten für die Platzmiete sind spürbar angestiegen. Fazit: Die Verpflichtung zur Nutzung dieser App, die Eingriffe in meine Privatsphäre und die höheren Preise empfinde ich als unverschämte Geschäftspraktik. Für mich ist dieses Modell absolut inakzeptabel. Nutzer, die das Ranking und die Partnersuche der App nutzen und die Gebühren sowie die Datenweitergabe akzeptieren, mögen vielleicht damit zurechtkommen – ich nicht. Null Sterne.

Die App bietet wirklich alles was man soweit für eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Suche und Buchung braucht und die finanzielle Abwicklung über das Tool machen zu können ist top. EINZIG: Könntet ihr eine zusätzliche Filtereinstellung anbieten, die es ermöglicht, nur Indoor Courts oder Outdoor Courts anbietet. Derzeit muss man wirklich immer erst ein Match eröffnen um sehen zu können welcher Court Typ das ist. Das wäre Klasse. Sonst echt mega.

The AI chat tells me that the window for reporting a no-show is closed even though the slot for our game finished two minutes ago. He gives no further details and there is no route to getting a refund that I can see no reporting this player for not showing up and not telling us he wasn't gonna show up. I’m really enjoying this app. We’re completely new to padel, and it’s made booking courts and matches super easy. We play a lot of badminton too, and there’s nothing comparable for that sport. The only thing that would make the app perfect for me is having more filters in the Compete and Learn sections. This was a great App until it went wrong! Essentially, whilst putting in scores over a coffee with my fellow players, my profile disappeared … at least for me! My friends could see it still but not me. I told the club and then set about, as advised, contacting Playtomic (there is no number, just an email address) to reinstall my profile (complete with the fee for Premium I have paid). Not a single response to 7 attempts over the last two weeks). Lost ranking, lost Premium fee and lost faith. I enjoy the game so have set up a new profile, but what a waste of time. The frustrating thing about Playtomic, is even though you use it to book competitions and find games – and even though you pay for the booking; it does not guarantee you the booking! We’ve had several clubs cancel our booking even when we’ve had the booking for a few days. It’s difficult to make arrangements based around an app that doesn’t guarantee the booking! This element needs to be sorted – hopefully with The huge amounts of money they’ve raised on crowd funding recently they can iron out the faults.

While I love Padl I am only able to play rarely. The app works well but as it appears that using the app is the only way to play Padl at over £50 a year for the app subscription (bonkers!), coupled with higher and higher court fees I simply cannot justify the costs. Really useful for finding places to play when away from home. But I’ve learnt to only book competitive matches with people whose reliability of their play level is more than 50%. The bug is that on the iPad app you can’t see the reliability percentage, only the level. This renders the iPad version of the app a bit useless if you want to book a game.

I’ve had to do this a few times now and ask somebody who’s jumped on a court if they would leave. Basically we are a group of four girls. We’ve all grown up together and this is the only time we get to grab time together by play Padel. one person starts off booking the court emails the link so then we’ll jump on and book our spaces but a few times somebody else jumped on and booked one of the available spaces. We know there’s an option to book a private court and then everyone transfers the money to the main booker which in variably people forget to transfer etc, where your method allows us to pay for our own, surely you can do it where a court is booked and for a period of time that court is yours, say 24 hours which allows your group to book their space and no one else can attend or the person who initially books the court can approve who books the remaining spaces rather than it being free for all . If there is another way Could you let me know x

The app is a good start especially for padel but is lacking some much needed functions and useability features. Firstly, there is no option to select or create female only, or mixed games. Instead if you are trying to create a female only game you have to keep messaging guys that join to tell them, so they can quit. If three females are already in the game, then a guy joins in the last spot, there is nothing that can be done and we need to contact the venue to get him removed. This is a big issue. Secondly, many people over estimate their ability. The reliablity indicator is good, so why can't we create public games but have an option to limit participation to those with a certain reliabilty rating? Thirdly, there is no option to directly chat to clubs when you need to amend a booking. Most don't use the match chat, and many also don't answer their phone. Needs to be a better way to adjust bookings especially in light of the issues raised in this review. Forthly, there should be the ability to select prefered playing partners. These should get notified when you create a new game, so they have an opportunity to join. Often a match is created and you want to play with your partner, but other people join before your partner has an opportunity to join. Then it becomes a big problem as once the last person joins you can't edit or change the match. The issues above all related to Padel, but Playtomic needs to work harder to sign up more tennis clubs too across Spain, and also promote the app to tennis players.

Initial rating is a bit of a personality test. Then you work out that you can’t enter any games you want to play in without paying A LOT of uninteresting competitive matches to bring your rating up or paying £30 (in the UK) to be ‘re-levelled’. I understand that payment goes straight to Playtomic. The rules about booking change with every update. It is very difficult to book open matches unless everyone is coordinated and can book at the same time. We are adults, working, with children, so the initial benefit of open matches where we could join thoughout a day and a drop out could be filled without scrambling has gone with the current system where an initial booking can be taken by later bookings with four players. Every time you work out the system, they release an update that changes it. The app saves clubs on admin costs but is torture for the users. Opening Help currently crashes the app in iOS.

1. Please make it possible to tidy up personal matches on the app, I have some matches entered in error / never played that are just stuck on my account. 2. Ranking system isn’t adequate. To improve it, every player should be asked to rank their opponents and partner based on the descriptions provided in Playtomic. Instead of saying lower or higher, they should be asked what level they think each player SHOULD BE. I’m a 3 should be a 3 so that’s fine. But I played someone who is a 1 and should be a 4 and I went down to 2.5 and they went up to 1.5. I don’t know anyone that is ranked correctly

Padel is a great sport but this app is awful. Hard to see which court is booked. Cancels matches if not a 4 so can’t even have a practice with a mate. If I want to add friends it want to charge me for them even though they should be free as members. But if they booked on their phone it would be free for them. A friend asked to play we all approved him 2 days before but it still never added him. The club I’m at don’t have much more rights than I do on the app. Playtomic say speak to the club for issues and the club can’t do anything. The app doesn’t even allow you to change from a friendly to competitive without cancelling and rebooking. In which time the court could be taken by someone else. Not one person at the club likes the app.

I have been hoping that Padel would finally make it to the uk and it has arrived here at Surge Padel in Fishponds! It is amazing!! Having a partner who is Spanish gave me the chance to try Padel while in Spain and I absolutely loved it and so glad that I can now play it here in Bristol. The venue is great, we’ll set out, friendly and helpful staff, amazing courts, fancy changing rooms, and a bar with drinks and food at the end of the match. Brilliant and highly recommend for all!

The app is pretty good but often glitches. Sometimes you can see more available Academy sessions when looking at the list of all local clubs versus an individual club. By that I mean I can look at Club XYZ’s individual page and see only a limited number of sessions, but when you look at the list of sessions available within a certain radius of where I am, more sessions show up for Club XYZ. It would be great if Open Matches could be filtered by Competitive or Friendly.

1) When you sign up you are asked some very basic questions that are used to calculate you score, this is fine except it doesn’t ask if you have previously played ANY racket sports before and the years of experience you have. This is means you get the likes of very experienced squash, tennis, racketball and even table tables players joining with very low ratings but have a huge skill advantage over actual beginners to a racket sport. 2) the algorithm to calculate your level when you start playing is totally flawed. When a team lose, the player with the lowest rating is penalised the most. My rating was 0.99 and I played a match with 3 players all above 1.2. My partner was 1.27 and he was deducted 0.02 and I was deducted 0.04????!!!!! WTAF? As everyone’s ratings are flawed it’s very very hard to book on open matches with confidence or progress your rating. 3) cannot pay for club lesson from club wallet!!!! States you can when you top up your wallet but you can’t.

The App is a genius idea what I am guessing was meant to be an easy way to find matches and play Padel. The frustrating part is they make it almost impossible to book a court in peak times, sorry you can book but they are guaranteed to get cancelled by someone booking a private match and this makes it impossible to plan. Why they don’t make it first come on peak times is beyond me as an open match game is guaranteed to fill up. Would be 5 stars apart from this huge issue.

Paid £48 split payments with friends £12 each. Everyone paid a wk in advance. Money was still held in my account until after the game. When trying to add results post-match, a player was accidentally removed and added, so payment changed to pending and she was asked for payment again. I was then only refunded for 2 players, not 3! Short changed £12. Thankfully I screenshotted all paid members as I was concerned something would go wrong. Having bother getting it sorted now though.

Las update breaks miniatures and makes hard to see available games. I would give 5* if it was more efficient. Sometimes does not refresh well and needs killing. Also, my next matches selection, horizontal scrolling is an inefficient pattern for mobile. In any case, carry on the great work. Maybe rethink the benefits of premium? Finally, the ranking system makes little sense for amateurs.

The app interface is completely user unfriendly. It is difficult to find chats and your upcoming matches, it’s not intuitive at all. The app does not send notifications when someone messages you and does not send reminders for upcoming matches either. You end up seeing messages too late, if at all. Notifications are all on and allowed but the only one I receive is to notify me that the match is over, which is not helpful. It is incredibly frustrating that this is the default for padel in the UK.

Good - but few pointers - on competitions why do we want to see competitions that are ongoing but happened in past . They should be hidden from view - makes no sense to see league competitions from a month ago in past when look at available competitions . Bad and not logical design Should be able to filter on friendly matches in search More details with pics of clubs uploaded by users and good options with their menu etc Then advanced option but should say I want to book at 15:00 at this club on a Tuesday for level 1.8 to 2.5 and match or have a Que of available players matching that slot and requirements

Forced to use the app to book Padel courts at Rocks Lane. I really just want to book courts - not connect with people and split costs. Two problems with app…. Firstly its not designed for iPads so you have to use the screen vertically. Secondly you can only book one court at a time - surely a lot of people would make multiple bookings so why cant you add more courts to your basket before playing. Not great design. Forget the sharing and finding and just make it simple.

You play a match with a person who is supposed to be an advanced player because they signed up saying they are good players and have little to no matches. Obviously you loose but you keep loosing points. Before the match I even contacted support to at least warn that this would happen, but they say they can't do anything. Money wasted, time wasted and rating lost.

Firstly, the customer service from Playtomic is absolutely appalling. Truly terrible. Somehow some managed to walk into 2 different tennis clubs and use my account, in person, to book and pay for courts. I have contacted Playtomic multiple times regarding this and have had no solution from them, other than to tell me to go in person to the tennis clubs and ask what happened!!! Absolutely disgraceful.

I paid for a levelling session to increase my in-app level. It’s been 6 weeks and still not had a level increase. Customer support refuses to help, tells me to contact the local club. The local club blame Playtomic. Playtomic have a policy never to contact their own clubs. As a customer, I paid for something I have not received. I will be raising a financial dispute with Amex.

In seguito all’ultimo aggiornamento dell’App, non mi è più possibile accedere a Playtomic. Il motivo e’ che possiedo un iphone 8 aggiornato alla versione software 16.7.16 non supportata dall’ultimo aggiornamento, che richiede almeno una versione 17. 0 o successiva. Non riesco proprio a capire come non abbiate potuto prevedere la possibilità di mantenere anche la versione non aggiornata per chi ha un iPhone un po’ datato ma pur sempre aggiornato, anche se non all’ultimissima versione. Senza contare che ho acquistato l’abbonamento Premium.

L'app è fatta benissimo trovare partite è veloce e il pagamento è semplicissimo. Il vero punto debole, che trovo piuttosto grave, sono i costi di gestione per l'iscrizione a carico degli utenti. Da poco tempo è stata tolta l’opzione di pagare il campo direttamente in struttura (per il beach volley), la prenotazione è consentita solo con pagamento anticipato, oltretutto è prevista una commissione di più di €2 per ogni prenotazione. Non è nemmeno più possibile prenotare direttamente con la struttura sportiva. Bisogna per forza utilizzare l’applicazione. In pratica una sorta di mafia a cui pagare il pizzo, siete scandalosi e antisportivi. Per protesta disinstallerò l’applicazione e segnalerò la questione al servizio di tutela dei consumatori.

Applicazione che detiene il monopolio e che ha costi altissimi. Il suo problema principale è che paghi un lusso, per non avere un sevizio all’altezza. Aggiorno la recensione: Dopo gli ultimi due aggiornamenti decisamente peggiorata l’interfaccia, già è sempre stata macchinosa e poco intuitiva… Ora è sparito il collegamento diretto alle chat, e con l’ultima versione per vedere le proprie partite a calendario bisogna per forza entrare nella sezione del profilo personale. Male male male male malissimo Utilizzo l’app da oltre un anno e non ho visto miglioramenti. Per non pagare uno sproposito in commissioni ho dovuto per forza fare l’abbonamento premium che conviene solo se si gioca regolarmente perché non si hanno funzionalità aggiuntive interessanti o utili. Resta inoltre un’app poco intuitiva, servizio clienti inesistente, non c’è possibilità di modificare se sbagli, e sbagliare è facile visto che è strutturata peggio che un ginepraio. Una partita è stata trasformata per sbaglio da competitiva ad amichevole e non è arrivata nessuna notifica del cambiamento ai partecipanti, ci siamo accorti solo a partita conclusa e questo ha ovviamente generato del malcontento. Ad ogni aggiornamento non cambia niente… Qualche notifica utile in più, anche solo push, con quello che si paga di commissione sarebbe un bel passo avanti.

Quella lista è piena di partite con giocatori che ho incrociato una volta nella vita e non ricordo neanche lontanamente chi siano, e magari ora sono a livelli incompatibili col mio attuale (magari perché io sono aumentato o viceversa) quindi sono partite per me inutili da visualizzare. Puro rumore che non posso eliminare - Il sistema di approvazione per giocatori funziona in teoria, ma spesso si vuol giocare con amico fuori dal range e non c’è modo di avere una whitelist (o blacklist) per evitare situazioni tipo: apro partita pubblica, aspetto che l’amico faccia richiesta di approvazione, nel frattempo si aggiunge gente estranea che rigetta l’amico, quindi devo scrivere all’estraneo spiegando la situazione o addirittura chiedendo di uscire per far posto all’amico. Accade specialmente quando si è in 3 ma non si vuole aprire partita privata perché se manca il quarto poi devi pagare il campo in caso non si riempia la partita… Insomma, Playtomic è estremamente utile ma da usare è una pena.

Darei 5 stelle per come è strutturata l’app, l’utilità generale sulle prenotazioni, le chat ecc, purtroppo però lasciano molto a desiderare gli algoritmi che regolano i calcoli dei punteggi personali dopo gli esiti delle partite, dato che la gente si sta appassionando soprattutto per il “punteggio”che ottiene. Ad esempio: se un profilo con coefficiente 1,3 pareggia in una partita contro un profilo con coefficiente 2,5 credo sia giusto che la persona con coefficiente più basso guadagni qualcosa, ed il profilo con coefficiente più alto, perda qualcosa. Di sicuro, come sta succedendo spesso anche a me, non ha senso che entrambi i coefficienti restino invariati..al vostro posto creerei una survey con domande fondamentali da porre agli utenti per capire meglio come regolare vittorie, sconfitte, ma soprattutto pareggi. Ed eventuali eccezioni da gestire nel caso la partita non risulti terminata. Credo che gli utenti possano sicuramente fornire ottimi consigli su come migliorare il calcolo del punteggio. Se riuscite a migliorare questo aspetto, per altro non complicato, inserisco 5 stelle. Per adesso ne assegno 3.

Pagare per cosa??? Una App che serve solo a far guadagnare soldi a loro offrendo un servizio molto scarso e che non ha nulla di professionale se non il loro guadagno. Per salire di un punto di livello, dopo aver fatto il livellamento Playtomic, devi vincere 50 partite consecutive, perché ogni volta il coefficiente che ti viene assegnato è di +0,02 centesimi di punto. Ridicolo!! Non è così però per la persona che ha vinto insieme a te perché chissà come mai guadagna sempre di più !!! Ma non è uno sport di coppia?? Ancor più ridicoli !!! Per non parlare delle persone che con qualche partita fatta, meno di 10, senza nemmeno avere un livello nel tennis, hanno livelli di 2 ed anche superiori a 3. Ovvero in Playtomic ti trovi a giocare con persone che si sentono campioni e che oltre a non sapere impugnare la racchetta non conoscono nemmeno le regole. Ma ormai a Padel giocano anche i sassi… Direi tutto vergognoso e assolutamente poco sportivo. Anche perché con questo sistema ci sono persone che per guadagnare quei centesimi di punto in più e salire di livello invece di giocare fanno il tiro al bersaglio o tirano soltanto forte e dove va va fregandosene dell’ incolumità degli avversari. Come rovinare un sport bello e divertente.

Purtroppo per quando l’applicazione sia abbastanza valida ha ancora molto da far e per far dimenticare il vecchio PUC. Il sistema dei livelli di gioco è pessimo, ho fatto una partita dove tutti i giocatori erano più o meno allo stesso livello, quindi molto meno di 1 punto di differenza (io ero quello appena meno degli altri) e nonostante abbia vinto il mio livello non è cambiato mentre è salito quello del giocatore che lo aveva più alto. Nello specifico io 1.26 insieme ad un 1.9 contro 1.7 e 1.91, abbiamo vinto in due set ed è salito il livello del giocatore 1.9 mentre il mio è rimasto uguale. Non ha alcun senso… Inoltre se ti iscrivi ad una partita che si disputerà dopo una settimana e nel mentre nei fai altre, il tuo livello in quella partita risulterà comunque quello del momento in cui ti sei iscritto. Aggiungiamoci la ciliegina, ovvero che ti fa vedere solamente le partite aperte del tuo livello (sbagliato) e non tutte, negandoti la possibilità di scegliere e di proporti. Pessima.

Premetto che è la prima recensione che faccio di un’app e mi sembrava più che doveroso farla per quest’applicazione. L’idea in sè è fantastica, in teoria puoi prenotare un campo, puoi creare una partita aperta con il tuo livello che viene aggiornato di volta in volta e molte altre funzioni… Peccato che la realtà è ben diversa, applicazione complicatissima da usare, ho combattuto per due interi giorni per cercare di fare una partita aperta e anche i titolari dei campi sembrano capirci veramente poco, rendendo la prenotazione di una partita aperta un parto. Ho provato a creare una partita aperta svariate volte questa mattina impiegandomi quasi tutta la mattinata, questo perché provo a prenotare una partita aperta ma non capisco quando quest’ultima sia effettivamente online, manca il pagamento al campo è dopo una mattinata pensavo ci esserci riuscito grazie ad una serie lunghissima di messaggi con il titolare del campo da Paddle ma mi arriva un messaggio con scritto che mi era stata inspiegabilmente cancellata la partita, senza darmi spiegazioni… Quest’app mi sta facendo veramente passare la voglia di giocare a Paddle…

In più di una circostanza abbiamo segnalato quanto l’app e’ scorretta ed utilizza algoritmi sfasati. Abbiamo giocato una partita . Perso il primo set per 5 a 7 . Vinto il secondo 7 a 6 e il terzo concluso in vantaggio 5 a 2. Possiamo comprendere che l’esito della partita possa considerarsi un pareggio, ma che la stessa ( che oltretutto stavamo vincendo) possa portare una riduzione dei livelli.. non lo riteniamo corretto. L’ intera applicazione si basa sulla valutazione dei giocatori, ed i livelli attribuiti precludono la possibilità di giocare partite con giocatori che tecnicamente sono al mio livello. La possibilità di essere accettati dagli altri giocatori qualora in applicazione risulti fuori livello e’ possibile solo se gli altri tre giocatori ti conoscono e comprendono il reale livello. Assurdo……

Fotocopia mal riuscita di PUC da quale purtroppo ha ereditato poco, pochissimo. L’app dovrebbe servire a prenotare campi da padel trovando i giocatori, ma non svolge minimamente la sua funzione, I punti deboli sono che: - non è immediata la ricerca di partite aperte e disponibili, per riuscirle a vederle bisogna entrare nel tab apposito, impostare i filtri della data e poi ti da le partite aperte su tutta roma sebbene uno gli abbia imposto i filtri di distanza km. - non si può pagare in contanti, almeno che non si prenoti un campo (e non una partita). Un vincolo che limita pesantemente le persone all’utilizzo, anche perché se la partita la di chiude anche 3gg prima (cosa impossibile con playtomic) non ci si può più disiscrivere, ma tocca chiamare la struttura per farsi cancellare e farsi ridare indietro i soldi, assurdo… bastava mettere un vicolo temporale alla cancellazione , tipo 24 ore prima. Per il pagamento si poteva lasciare la possibilità di quelli in contanti e nel caso di 1-2 no show , il giocatore a andava in black list e poteva usare solo carta di credito, e/o limitando ad esempio l’utilizzo a 1 partita a settimana… Queste e tante altre piccole cose rendono l’app molto meno utile dei gruppi whatsapp dei singoli circoli, pero playtomic è più bella!

Sono un organizzatore di tornei e gestisco una struttura. Faccio diversi campionati con la vostra app, e devo dire che è veramente povera di funzioni. Avete un canone altissimo (sopra la media) per sbloccare la sezione “campionati” è un servizio clienti che non riesce a gestire nemmeno le minime problematiche. È un peccato perché siete una realtà importante, finanziata anche profumatamente dai circoli. Cercate di implementare. L’esempio più stupido: se parte un campionato e una coppia effettua una sostituzione, non è possibile cambiare in corso il nome del partner ma questo resta sempre lo stesso per tutta la durata del campionato. Assurdo. La risposta del servizio clienti? Sappiamo di questa assurdità, cercheremo di fare il possibile per implementare questa funzione… mai successo! 😂 potrei continuare ma mi fermo. Spero vivamente in un aggiornamento corposo sull’asset campionato. Diversamente dovremmo trasferirci su altre app che hanno implementato molte più funzioni. Grazie

Utilizzo playtomic regolarmente ma purtroppo alla prima situazione critica non mi sono sentito tutelato. Ho giocato una partita dove i miei avversari hanno battibeccato fino dall’inizio, arrivando ad insultarsi dopo 10-15 min dall’inizio della partita. Dato che la situazione si stava scaldando, io e il compagno abbiamo proposto di mischiare le squadre ma una persona non ha voluto e ha deciso di abbandonare il campo dopo 20 min. Ho avvisato playtomic di quanto accaduto e il servizio (che paghiamo) non mi ha minimamente tutelato: ho comunque pagato la mia parte, senza ottenere alcun rimborso, mentre il giocatore che ha abbandonato il campo non è stato neanche ammonito. Insomma, non è successo nulla. La motivazione dell’assistenza è stata: ‘non eravamo in campo, non potevamo sapere.’ Io ho giocato più di 50 partite su playtomic, senza creare un minimo problema e senza aver mai segnalato nulla. Se segnalo quanto accaduto (e non sono stato l’unico), l’app è tenuta a fornire tutela dato che è un servizio a pagamento.

Andava benissimo. Poi con gli ultimi aggiornamenti è solo peggiorata: - unita la sezione chat a quella notifiche senza alcun motivo - rimossa la sezione nella home che ricordava le partite da fare (reinserita ✅) - rimossa la sezione delle partite degli amici (reinserita ✅) - avete scritto che avete inserito una sezione livellamento, ma non sembra esistere (inserita ✅) Aggiorno la recensione per dire che molte cose sono tornate corrette. Rimane unita la sezione chat e notifiche, che non ha senso. Suggerisco di mostrare nella sezione profilo i vari livellamenti e metterlo disponibile a tutti i visualizzatori del profilo, dato che spesso il livello non corrisponde al vero valore del giocatore.

La utilizzo (meglio utilizzavo) per prenotare i campi di padel. Prima il mio club utilizzava PUC app più scarna ma molto più fruibile, soprattutto per quanto concerne la prenotazione (velocissima) e senza dover pagare subito... Ho avuto la sfortuna di prenotare un campo con playtomic e di pagare la mia quota, peccato che gli altri giocatori non erano fruitori di playtomic quindi hanno pagato la loro quota direttamente al padel club, risultato: oggi, dopo ben 10 giorni, ancora risulto debitore di 39 euro per le quote già pagate al padel club. Per recuperare il padel club mi ha accreditato un bonus di 39 euro, ma sfortunatamente non riesco ad utilizzarli per compensare il (falso) debito. Avevo pure deciso di pagare e farmi restituire i soldi dal padel club ma non riesco più a pagare con PayPal... sich mi dispiace ma applicazione pessima....

App ben fatta e molto valida secondo me, l’idea di gestire un livello del giocatore è fenomenale. Non ho dato 5 stelle perché: - Il costo del canone è elevato - i risultati inseriti di partite non giocate prenotando da app, ma registrando solo i risultati successivamente (sia in club registrati su Playtomic che in club esterni) non possono essere messi come competitivi e quindi non incidono sul livello. L’opzione partita “competitiva” non è selezionabile anche quando tutti e 4 i giocatori sono registrati su Playtomic e hanno il livello. Non so se sia una prerogativa della versione premium, lo fosse andrebbe specificato (anche nelle istruzioni)

Una app che non permetta di parlare con il customer service è già di per se atroce, se uniamo il fatto che con un piano premium unlimited pagato caro la app non me lo riconosce é ancora peggio perché non so a chi rivolgermi per avere risolto il problema o avere i soldi indietro. È necessario ridisegnare completamente l’interfaccia dell’app perché la prenotazione di un campo può risultare un’impresa: non è assolutamente chiaro come creare una competizione privata di padel tra amici, il rischio è che se sbagli questo primo passaggio in buona fede ti ritrovi a gestire le richieste di altri giocatori che tentano di entrare nella competizione. Se poi questi pagano dall’app è un disastro perché Playtomic non effettua rimborsi. Anche l’algoritmo che attribuisce il ranking lascia il tempo che trova, sembra che i punteggi vengano messi senza una logica che rispecchia la realtà. 2 stelle solo perché l’idea rimane comunque geniale, è davvero un peccato avere un app così importante ridotta in queste condizioni.

Innanzitutto vorrei segnalare che nonostante l’ultimo aggiornamento l’app rimane con un conteggio di notifiche errato (ora a me parte da 8 notifiche e a differenza di prima se ne arrivano di nuove e le visualizzo poi la notifica scompare ma torna a 8). Spero sistemiate questa cosa. Ormai è qualche mese che uso l’app con costanza per giocare a tennis. Il servizio ha raggiunto la massa critica di strutture affiliate e giocatori, e dunque è relativamente facile trovare un avversario ogni volta che si ha voglia di giocare. Anche le due volte che ho avuto necessità di supporto, il customer service si è dimostrato efficace (ed efficiente!). A fronte di commissioni tutt’altro che irrisorie, tuttavia, mi sarei aspettato già da tempo diverse migliorie in fatto di UI. Il primo problema, decisamente il più fastidioso, riguarda la possibilità di selezionare una specifica superficie quando si crea una partita aperta: nel creare le partite private permettete la scelta del campo, mentre per le partite aperte si salta direttamente al checkout, pregando che venga assegnato il campo desiderato. Il secondo problema riguarda le chat, talmente nascoste che molti avversari mi hanno detto di non aver risposto ai miei messaggi perché non trovavano la sezione dedicata.

Ho prenotato un campo e pagato la mia quota tramite app mentre gli altri tre giocatori hanno scelto di saldare quanto dovuto direttamente al circolo, cosa che è stata fatta. Il circolo non ha segnalato l’avvenuto saldo e ora l’app segnala a me il pagamento in sospeso per le tre quote e non mi permette più di prenotare campi presso quella struttura. Ho segnalato il problema all’assistenza e mi è stato risposto che devo essere io a pagare le tre quote e poi farmi dare indietro il denaro dal circolo … un’app dovrebbe semplificare la vita dei propri utenti rendendo le procedure snelle e non creare problemi. Visto l’atteggiamento poco accomodante nei confronti degli utenti che si vengono a trovare in questa situazione ho deciso di eliminare l’account e fare a meno di utilizzare questa app.

È un’ottima app e non solo per effettuare prenotazioni: ha anche altre valide funzionalità. Purtroppo, per un motivo non ben precisato, hanno tolto a mia moglie 60€ pur essendo socia del circolo dove gioca. Nonostante le rassicurazioni (anche scritte) da parte di Michele dello staff di Playtomic, l’importo non è mai stato rimborsato. Attenzione, quindi, a fornire il numero della vostra carta.

L'app di per se è perfetta, gioco 4-5 partite a settimana e senza questa app non saprei proprio come fare, tuttavia scrivo questa recensione per fare un paio di suggerimenti che migliorerebbe secondo me parecchio l'esperienza sull'app e sul campo. Troppe volte mi è capitato di aprire partite e di avere persone appena iscritte o con giusto qualche partita giocata ad un livello che non è veritiero semplicemente perché quando hanno risposto al questionario hanno selezionato di essere in forma, tuttavia cosi facendo io che sono un 2.5 con oltre 100 partite se mi si iscrive un 2.9 con 1 partita che non ha mai giocato e a malapena sa come usare i vetri scusate ma è parecchio frustante, questo mi ha disincentivato dall'aprire partita e piuttosto cercarne alcune con un compagno libero "decente", oppure signori di una certa età che per amor del cielo sono contento di vedere giocare e divertirsi ma che chiaramente sono limitati fisicamente e che in ugual misura possono potenzialmente rovinare una partita, considerato che trovare il tempo di giocare + i costi associati credo che si necessiti di una soluzione che sono sicuro sarebbe apprezzata da tanti altri, ovviamente queste dinamiche dai 3.5-4.0 in su non succedono ma per noi comuni intermedi fidatevi che farebbe la differenza. Quello che propongo come spunto sarebbe di creare un sistema a leghe mantenendo invariato il livellamento attuale, ovvero una persona che si iscrive per la prima volta indipendentemente dal livello viene buttata in un pool di gente rank bronzo, man mano che si gioca (non necessariamente vincendo) si scala la classifica per entrare poi in un rank silver, e poi gold etc. Cosi che chi si è guadagnato l'esperienza di gioco avanza e ci si ritrova tutti piu o meno allo stesso livello, ovviamente con l'opzione quando apro una partita di richiedere gente dello stesso rank o meno, un po come gia funziona con i misti. Aggiungerei inoltre l'opzione di poter aggiungere i propri link social tipo Instagram e Facebook etc, sul profilo per magari capire meglio con chi si ha a che fare o meno. Spero che questo possa essere da spunto per migliorare un app che gia fa veramente il suo!

L’app è ottima e gioco a Padel praticamente solo tramite Playtomic, bisognerebbe sistemare alcune cose però: evitare che ogni volta che si controllano i giocatori dentro una partita cliccando indietro si torna al menu prencipale invece che nella schermata della partita stessa; poi si dovrebbe poter togliere le notifiche dalle partite a chi non si vuole più partecipare, magari dove si è già stati accettati. Anche le commissioni si potrebbero abbassare un pochino, specie quando si esce da un torneo l’app trattiene comunque la commissione.

Do due stelle e non una solo perchè l’app in sé è utile ed è bella l’idea di poter creare una sorta di circolo online così da trovare avversari/compagni per le partite. Purtroppo il costo del servizio è diventato veramente troppo caro!!!! Già 0,99€ mi sembravano eccessivi, ora il costo è arrivato a 1,49€ ed è una follia!!! Considerato che questi costi sono presenti solo in alcune province della Lombardia, dove probabilmente c’è più giro, mi sembra ovvio che ci sia uno scopo puramente di LUCRO!!! Abbonamento Premium senza senso, ha un costo così elevato che per poter risparmiare si dovrebbe giocare con una frequenza da professionista. Inoltre da qualche versione è presente un baco che non consente di creare le partite con il corretto range di livello, vengono create tutte con il range 0-7! Anche l’algoritmo per il calcolo del livello, che è un pò il fulcro dell’app, lascia molto il tempo che trova. In generale varie funzionalità dell’app potrebbero essere migliorate.

Pessima. È un’App che costringe assurdamente a collegare una carta di credito, che costringe a pagare un pizzo in più per avere una partita pubblica, che costringe a pagare in caso di disdetta motivata, che si arroga il diritto di prelevare denaro ad un unico soggetto per una partita partecipata da 4 persone… e che non ha di fatto assistenza… insomma: pessima. Pasticciata, per nulla flessibile, scorretta proprio nella concezione di voler eliminare il personale umano nella gestione degli impianti sportivi. Anche così danneggia notevolmente i proprietari di struttura sportive, che adottandola vedono fuggire gruppi di utenti storici fidelizzati e regolari, ma che non hanno intenzione di farsi spiumare senza criterio. Ridateci SportClubby! Inoltre la pioggia di recensioni pessime che arrivano da tutta Italia vengono “filtrate”, con criteri a dir poco discutibili, da Apple, oscurandole per non abbassare la media voto dell’App stessa, che sarebbe probabilmente attorno alle 2 stelle… Speriamo che l’App venga stravolta nella sua struttura, divenendo identica a SportClubby, che funzionava invece perfettamente.

App bellissima, quasi perfetta, mi piacerebbe che il calcio fosse curato come il padel anche con le partite pubbliche dato che molto spesso è facile che in una partita manchi il cosiddetto “decimo”. Sarebbe poi bello poter avere la possibilità di creare una propria squadra (di 5 giocatori nel calcio a 5 ad esempio) e trovare una squadra rivale da affrontare per rendere il tutto un po’ più avvincente e non doversi mettere a cercare 10 giocatori per una partita. Forse è chiedere troppo ma provate a tenerlo in considerazione❤️💪🏽

Far pagare all’utente delle commissioni per la prenotazione del campo equivale a fargli pagare le commissioni due volte. La prima indirettamente perché il gestore paga anche lui delle commissioni che si rifanno sul giocatore perché il costo del campo aumenta, la seconda direttamente pagando la commissione a playtomic. A nemmeno un anno dalla diffusione dell’app che si è stati costretti a scaricare per potere prenotare una partita di padel, la strategia di mercato è aggressiva e prepotente, chissà cosa ci attende in futuro per cui addio, meglio prenotare direttamente chiamando il campo.

App fluida, non si blocca mai, grafica curata, utile l’opzione competizioni e lezioni MA: - Non si può aprire una partita e metterla pubblica (perchè??), in pratica se siamo 3 o troviamo un campo già aperto pubblico(accontentandoci della posizione e orario) oppure non giochiamo. Con PUC questa opzione era presente e ho giocato a decine di partite organizzate così. - Non si può impostare una partita competitiva aperta a tutti i livelli, una volta scelta la partita competitiva non si può più impostare l’amichevole. Se vogliamo fare una partita con un 4+2 vs 4+2 non si può fare perchè c’è troppa differenza di livelli ma saranno affari nostri se vogliamo giocare così? Allora abbiamo deciso di cambiare la partita in amichevole ma non si può fare in un momento successivo (perchè??). Chiamato il campo che non ci ha saputo aiutare e la partita è saltata. - Obbligatorio pagare prima online perchè? Il pagamento al campo con PUC era molto comodo. Sono d’accordo a mettere un limite di tempo dopo il quale non ci si può più togliere dalla partita ma su PUC c’era chi si toglieva 6/7 ore prima e il sostituto si trovava invece ora così la partita salta e chi ha avuto un imprevisto perde i soldi. - I gestori dei campi sono i primi a non sapere come funziona l’app e quando c’è un imprevisto non ti sanno aiutare, PUC era talmente elementare che non c’erano mai imprevisti “tecnici”. - Tutti i punti che ho elencato sopra stanno spingendo i gestori dei campi a creare chat what’s app private per organizzare partite e sinceramente mi trovo meglio così che con l’app! - Ho utilizzato PUC per 6 mesi e non ho mia avuto problemi invece uso quest’app da 1 mese e una volta mi è saltata la partita per il problema spiegato all’inizio e una volta mi è stato addebitato l’intero importo del campo perchè il gestore si è sbagliato a non bloccarlo(perchè nessuno capisce st’app!), ovviamente i soldi mi sono stati restituiti in partite dal gestore. Preciso che il tutto è nato perchè due miei amici non potevano pagare online in anticipo ed io non potevo inserirli in più senza pagare come si poteva fare con PUC.

Assolutamente da introdurre la possibilità di filtrare i risultati visualizzando gli orari disponibili solo dei tipi di campi interessati, trovarsi disponibile qualsiasi orario per poi vedere che è riferito a campi che non ci interessano(esempio: campi esterni, campi padelball 1vs1) non ci fa trovare le disponibilità per quello che cerchiamo. Si dovrebbe introdurre anche la possibilità di fare solamente la prenotazione tramite app e non di pagare per forza in anticipo, lasciando la possibilità di saldare il costo della prenotazione direttamente in struttura, come veniva offerto da prenota un campo.

C’è tutto ciò che un app sportiva deve avere… mi permetto un consiglio visto che tanti mi hanno fatto questa osservazione… ok il pagamento con carta super utile… ma perché non fare un pagamento simbolico cone garanzia anziché pagare la propria parte iniziale e saldare al centro sportivo di appartenenza tramite contanti, carte ecc… chiedo per molti amici…

Grafica bellissima, bella funzionalità e metodi di ricerca, ma limiti assurdi per quanto riguarda il supporto. Dovrebbe essere un app che permette di condividere le partite con più utenti possibili, per trovare nuovi compagni di gioco ed espandere la propria rete sociale tramite lo sport. Tutto purché non si prenoti un campo che si è liberato all’ultimo minuto. In quel caso zero possibilità di render pubblica la partita perché “è la politica” nonostante il circolo inviti ad appoggiarsi a playtomic, e se la partita non si chiude? Se il circolo la cancella bene, altrimenti nulla perché “è la politica”. E bisognerebbe pure abbonarsi per usare una roba simile.. rimettete l’utente finale al centro, avete perso il focus!

Avete aggiunto le commissioni ma avete reso l’’app peggiore di quanto lo fosse all’inizio. Cose positive: si può scegliere il genere con cui giocare . La parte grafica è migliorata anche se adesso c’è un limite nelle partite delle altre persone. Cose negative: costo commissione senza valore aggiunto; Se prenoti un campo scegliendone uno in particolare, non puoi mettere il genere ne la tipologia di partita(amichevole o competitiva) Se prenoti come sopra descritto, la partita diventa privata e non puoi più modificarla, mentre prima si poteva fare fino 24 ore prima. L’unica alternativa in questo caso è cancellare la partita e ricrearla senza scegliere il numero del campo su cui giocare. Visto che prima funzionava meglio ed era gratis, (che poi non guadagnavate lo stesso è un altro discorso)forse dovreste riconsiderare qualcosa, non credo che voi siate utilizzatori altimetri vi sareste resi conto da soli di ciò che non va.

Scrivo da Manager di Club e non da utente, perché non so dove altro comunicare l’esperienza pessima che sono costretta ad avere com questa app. Ogni volta che un cliente al mio club ha un problema devo farmene carico io perché playtomic, come tutti sappiamo, ha un’assistenza clienti penosa. Playtomic si prende una quota mensile dai club, oltre che una fee di prenotazione, ma nonostante questo, anche per noi, non c’è nessuna assistenza clienti. Se ne sono approfittati perché hanno creato una sorta di monopolio intorno al mondo del padel, ma spero che a breve le cose si ridimensionino perché non hanno le capacità per gestire un servizio di questo genere e soddisfare i criteri di qualità per i giocatori e per i manager. L’app la trovo fluida e di facile apprendimento. Come la possibilità di pagare prima (mai fatto) o pagare in loco. Ed è proprio questo il problema. Se si paga in loco non c’è la possibilità, almeno non l’ho trovata io, di dire che abbiamo pagato. Per cui l’affidabilità dell’utente scende e non è bello. Vorrei ci fosse la possibilità di dichiarare che il pagamento è stato effettuato sul posto mentre dopo la partita rimane la dicitura “pagamento in sospeso”. Non metto 5 stelle per questo

Dopo aver seguito il consiglio dello sviluppatore ho di nuovo scritto sia nel servizio clienti (disponibile solo alla mattina) che alla mail. Le risposte sono tutte automatiche e il problema non è ancora risolto. Parere personale apprezzo la volontà di creare del valore aggiunto ma la complessità va saputa gestire e sinceramente non ci siamo. A parte la non facilita d’uso e la gestione del livello di gioco farraginosa la cosa più fastidiosa è l’assoluta mancanza di un servizio clienti decente. Ho effettuato una prenotazione regolarmente pagata al campo e per un errore del circolo mi trovo impossibilitato ad usare l’app a meno di non dover pagare nuovamente il campo, indecente!

Gioco settimanalmente e quindi utilizzo l’app abbastanza di frequente. Capisco l’efficienza per trovare risposte standard, ma se devo segnalare un bug software che mi spunta sistematicamente (non riesco a scorrere la pagina quando mi viene richiesto a fine partita se lo score degli avversari è più alto, corretto o più basso - riesco a selezionare sono i primi due giocatori il terzo non lo visualizzo) devo per forza lasciare una stella sullo store? I giocatori evitano di iscriversi alle partite di padel principalmente per due motivi: - una volta iscritto alla partita paghi subito e non vi è la possibilità di pagare al campo; - se si iscrive una quarta persona, la partita si chiude e non c’è nessun modo per cancellarsi, neanche nei tempi previsti com’era su Prenota un campo (FOLLIA!) Non avere PayPal come metodo di pagamento è assurdo. Inoltre per ricaricare il borsellino ci sono continui problemi: inserire una carta di credito è praticamente un “terno al lotto” visto che 9volte su 10 non va e non si sa bene il perché. Ho inserito una carta dopo mille difficoltà (e senza ricaricare il borsellino) e non mi fa fare il pagamento della partita. Capisco che dovranno sviluppare la versione a pagamento (follia) ma de quella gratis funziona in questo modo… Obbligato a pagare al campo.

Unica pecca: nella vecchia app (“PrenotaUnCampo”) c’era l’opzione COMODISSIMA “paga al campo”. Se uno non ha ancora una propria carta di credito, è spacciato, oppure deve sempre chiedere all’altro di pagare tutto e poi aspettare che gli venga ridata l’altra metà… a volte questo richiede un po’ di tempo… Per favore rimettetela, era davvero comoda (intanto se uno non paga si viene a saper subito, quindi…) Per il resto complimenti, app ben fatta!!

Applicazione strepitosa per organizzazione ed opportunità di incontrare nuovi giocatori. Purtroppo la nota dolente sono i livelli. Capita troppo, troppo spesso che il livello reale dei giocatori sia decisamente più basso del dichiarato, a discapito del divertimento di chi gioca, spendendo spesso cifre considerevoli per l’affitto del campo. Una proposta potrebbe essere impostare la necessità di delle partite di conferma, delle sorte di checkpoint in cui persone competenti accertino che i requisiti previsti per essere ad un certo livello siano realmente posseduti da un giocatore.

Per creare una partita e capire cosa fare ci vogliono ore… privata, pubblica, competitiva, amichevole e non si capisce bene la differenza. Regole assurde e gestione dei livelli discriminatorie che favoriscono solo i gruppi di amici che già si conoscono, addirittura la loro assistenza mi ha detto che se voglio portare il mio livello a quello che corrisponde alla mia situazione reale devo cercare un centro che faccia delle sessioni di livellamento a pagamento, perché loro potranno MANUALMENTE adeguarlo. Veramente pessima rispetto Sportclubby. In Sportclubby potevi pagare in loco, qui devi pagare subito mettendo dentro un catta. La visualizzazione degli slot libero in Sportclubby era facile ed intuitiva, su Playtomic è pessima. Sì Sportclubby si poteva vedere chi prenotava i campi, qui no. Sportclubby era gratis, qui per avere i servizi simili (anche se inferiori) rispetto a Sportclubby è necessario pagare un abbonamento annuale caro da morire. Sportclubby era decisamente migliore come grafica, facilità d’uso, proiettata a rendere l’esperienza del giocare al meglio. Playtomic ha tutto da imparare, deve portare la propria piattaforma simile a Sportclubby dopo l’acquisto. A cosa serve l’abbonamento? Lo trovo veramente inutile pagare per avere qualcosa che altre piattaforme lo danno gratis. Molto male Playtomic… Spero in un aggiornamento e restyling quando prima. Male male…

Ho un iPhone 12 e dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento provando a utilizzare la carta di credito non funzionava ed usciva un errore di sistema. Una volta tolta per provare a rimetterla è stato impossibile inserirla nuovamente e sono bloccato. Mi hanno detto che anche atri hanno lo stesso problema. Contattando l’assistenza non si è risolto, ho dato la disponibilità per fare dei test al telefono, ma dicono che non danno assistenza telefonica. Il processo dell’aggiornamento del punteggio non è adeguato, io ad esempio ho un punteggio molto più basso del mio livello (visto che mi sono confrontata con persone di livelli superiori molto sotto la mia portata). Su algoritmo de nivel es terrible, baja y sube puntos sin sentido, y ni se les ocurra hacer un test de nivelación, peor aún, se supone que lo hace un coach certificado pero te bajan el % de confianza al 50%, si es así para que el coach “certificado”? Además después de la nivelación juegas y juegas y el porcentaje sube lentísimo, mientras un perfil nuevo a los 150 juegos ya está arriba del 90% con más de 160 después de la nivelación no he llegado a ese porcentaje y te castiga el nivel de una manera brutal, hace rato me arrepentí de haberlo hecho. Además su navegación es complicada.

There is a gap in their app. When a player creates an open competitive game and e.g. is 0.5 level, then the range level is 0.2-1.2. And if for example are already three players joined and this player leaves then the range increases to the player of the highest level. So you can be easily out of range if this player has 1.1 level. The range level increases to 0.9-1.9. Automatically the players that will join will be definitely much better than you at that point.

Top app. Maar sinds de update zijn de meldingen van “.. heeft zich aangesloten bij een wedstrijd” niet meer zichtbaar in de app zelf. Voorheen was het makkelijk om je aan te sluiten bij vrienden. Nu krijg je alleen een push notificatie die eenmaal verdwenen is als je erop hebt geklikt dus kan je het potje van je vrienden nooit meer terugvinden. Voorheen was die melding altijd in het berichtenoverzicht en was het veel gebruiksvriendelijker. De search functie werk niet goed. The customer support service is terrible. Who actually controls the match results? Just because there’s a chat, players are forced to agree with each other — and if they don’t, the match is marked as invalid. Also, the level system is completely unrealistic. You often end up playing against pairs who set their level to 2 or 1.5 but are actually much lower. That makes it impossible to have balanced matches, especially when you don’t know the other players. Playtomic really needs to work on many of these issues. Premium? It only seems useful to avoid paying the commission, and even then, the overall service is still disappointing.

Hele fijne app die doet wat hij moet doen! - 2 nadelen, daluren abonnement kan bij mijn favoriete club alleen met creditcard betaald worden. Zou fijner zijn als dit ook met iDeal kan en hij stopt als je niet betaald - ik zie met regelmaat de functie “netwerk wedstrijden” niet staan waardoor ik niet kan zien welke wedstrijden nog open staan van mensen die je volgt. Dit is op een later moment soms ineens weer terug. Kan deze functie er altijd vast in blijven? Ik boek hiermee 80% van mijn wedstrijden.
