100% fake match was uploaded on my profile by another team. Even after 48 hours of reporting with full proof, CricHeroes support is doing nothing and promoting fraud scoring. Waste of money for PRO subscription. Pathetic service!

Oh My God, this is so frustrating to use this application without paying money they will show ad for everything, when u open the app you see an Ad, when u open a match there is an Ad when u open scorecard there is an ad, you can view stats of your own without having premium membership.

Specially for support team
App have very good features working and I like them a-lot. I am using it from past 1 and half years. They have added new UI themes which is good to make app attractive for users. But they have one big disadvantage of verifying the match. Some organisers are doing fake scoring in between the matches. Match result showing that Team B won by 15 wickets from Team A. This type of mistakes in this level of app use are ridicules. You need to improve these. No team can play more then 12 players in a match. In a particular match organisers are selecting same players in both teams. When I tried to report the match then your support team asking to confirm this with organiser. So why your team is available if they are not able to resolve it. I am Pro subscriber of your app. If I have issue I’ll message you not going to discuss it with Organisers multiple time. Tournament organiser is like a illiterate person who don’t have complete knowledge of hosting tournaments. Just a fixed tournament he is hosting so at that time you need to review the tournament.
Kindly approve your support system to review the Matches.

CricHeroes revolutionising scoring With precision and passion
Cricket is such a fast paced game, every ball matters so much, and keeping score can get really complicated sometimes. CricHeroes is this app that changes all that, it makes scoring easier with tech that feels right for the sport. I think its pretty cool how it mixes things up for people playing just for fun or in local leagues.
The live scoring part is what stands out to me first. You can input everything ball by ball, and its smooth, like swiping or tapping makes it quick. It even does stuff automatically, like noting down wickets or sixes without you having to type it all out. Then theres this AI thing that puts together scorecards with stats, strike rates and all that, economy too, even heatmaps for players. It seems like what you see on TV broadcasts, but for anyone to use. Kind of impressive, but maybe a bit overwhelming if youre not used to it.
What I like even more is how it connects people. You can share the live scores online, and others join in with comments or cheers, like theyre watching right there. It builds this community feel, especially for cricket fans everywhere. Some people might not get into it right away, but once you do, its engaging.
For tournaments, it handles scheduling and signing up players, plus leaderboards that show whos doing well. That takes a lot off the organizers plate, so they can just enjoy the matches. Need to show our own stats for free and need option to correct mistake in score updated
The app is well and good but lacks many basic things. The fact that you need to go pro for seeing your own stats is ridiculous. You can hide other player’s stats, but why does someone need to buy pro mode to see their own stats. Also the tournament organisers should have an option to correct their mistake , if the do one during the score updation . Last time , i took a double and the organisers updated only a single. This single mistake have caused my heard earned runs from the next ball onwards to be added to the account of the non striker who got out in the next over after scoring 5 runs , while the app showed it was me who got out and the runs i scored was added under his name
Great Stats, But Partnerships Deserve More Attention
CricHeroes is one of the best cricket scoring and statistics apps available. The scoring experience is smooth, match management is excellent, and the detailed player statistics make it very engaging
for cricketers at all levels.
One feature I would love to see added is a “Most 100+ Run Partnerships” statistic. It would be great if the app could track:
* Total number of 100+ run partnerships by a player.
* How many players associated with hundred partnership with that batsman
* A leaderboard for players with the most century partnerships.
* Partnership-wise records and milestones.
It should be included in badges
Cricket matches are often won through strong partnerships, not just individual performances. Highlighting batting partnerships would provide deeper insights into team contributions and recognize players who consistently build match-winning stands together.
Overall, CricHeroes is an amazing platform, and this addition would make the statistics section even more comprehensive and exciting.
Don’t opt for their pro privilege. It kind of wasting the money.
I am Raja, and I had opted for PRO privileges by paying a certain amount. As part of this privilege, I was eligible to order a T-shirt. It has been over six months since I placed the order, but I have not received any update to date. I have also reached out to the support team multiple times, yet there has been no response or resolution.
Moreover, the T-shirt was delivered incorrectly, and when I contacted the support team again, they provided me with an address to which I had to return it. I sent it back via courier, but I have neither been reimbursed for the courier charges nor received any update regarding the correct T-shirt.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise against relying on their PRO privileges, as the service has been highly disappointing.
Run rate Analysis:
The following calculation is required in this app which is useful for all the teams: In a league competition there are four teams A, B, C and D in a group. Team A has qualified for the semi-finals. Team D is out of the series. Among the remaining two teams, B has won two matches and has 4 points. Team C has 2 points with one loss and one win. Also in terms of run rate B team is second and C team is third. A match between B and C is a do or die match. Team C must win at a better run rate than Team B. So to qualify for the semi-finals team C must restrict team B to within how many runs if C team batting first or how many overs to reach team B's target if C team batting Second.

Disappointed with Cricheros Support Despite a Great Concept
Cricheros is a commendable initiative, and I truly appreciate the effort to bring grassroots cricket into the digital age. It’s a great platform that helps track and showcase young players’ statistics — including my son’s. However, the experience has been marred by poor service and lack of accountability from the support team.
Some of my son’s cricket matches, which were updated by the match organisers, are missing from his stats on the app. When I reached out to Cricheros support via WhatsApp to report this issue, the only response I received was a blunt “not possible sir.” No explanation. No effort to investigate. No apology.
In an era where AI and data technology are solving complex problems, I find it hard to believe that resolving a simple stat discrepancy is “not possible.” This response feels more like brushing off a concern than actually addressing it. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of ownership or basic customer courtesy.
As a parent who values the platform for what it could be, this kind of support experience is incredibly disappointing. Cricheros needs to do much better — not just in terms of features, but in how they treat their users.
One of the best cricketing app
I’m truly impressed with the Crichero app! It does a fantastic job of covering all cricket matches — from local leagues to international tournaments — and keeps everything updated in real time.

Very professional app
This app is amazing. I had a childhood dream of being a cricketer but somehow i had to choose another career in my life but now at the age of 29 i have again started to play cricket on sundays.
10 years ago, there was only scoresheet in which runs were calculated manually but with this app you can know everything. You have commentary, bowl by bowl, analysis, MVP, wagon wheel and what not. It gives you feeling of a professional player. Everything is recorded so amazingly that inspires part time players like us to play more and more and keep a check on our scores and stats.

I'm an occasional player who's loved and played the game in some form or the other my entire life. Now at 45 I love to play in corporate matches just to be on the ground with the lads. In my time we used to note down the scoresheet to calculate our averages and strike rates.
Now with CricHeroes it's as much breeze to conduct tournaments and score matches as it's to write reviews.
Love the MVP calculations that make everything transparent. The analysis leaves you with no doubt about what you did. I can follow blow by blow each match where I can't be or my friends are on strike. Really cool, we can't live without CH anymore!
Worst customer support
I have ordered a track on 30th Nov 2024, received it today. I ordered M size but received L ? After a week from the order date, I cross checked with them about delivery time and they indicated their timelines I.e, 3 WEEKS. THREE WEEKS to deliver wrong size??? If this is how they operate in case of one order of one product, cannot imagine the situation of bulk orders. The moment I collected by order from delivery executive, in the next minute the status of my order on cric heroes app got changed to delivered but it’s been more than an hour since I wrote an email and sent ext on WhatsApp too but response is still awaited. If they are so swift in maintaining their internal records, why taking so much time to respond to customer text ? I want my order with the right size!

Too many ads, not enough cricket
We are severely disappointed and frustrated with this application. What was once a useful source for cricket information has devolved into a mere vehicle for non-stop advertisements.
The user experience is completely ruined by the sheer volume and intrusive nature of the ads—they pop up after every action, often making simple navigation difficult. It is painfully clear that the developers' primary focus is generating revenue through saturation advertising, rather than providing a quality service for cricket fans.
There are other cricket apps provide a superior, quality service without this relentless, world-record level of aggressive monetization
Mobile number change
1. Changing mobile number will be good idea to the user profile. If anyone changed their mobile number, want to use this new number for their profile, but app not support’s it.
2. Same for the user profile picture, user can add new profile picture but cannot delete the existing one. If user doesn’t want to use any picture he/she should delete it which then ap should revert back to default picture.
2. Sometimes the password in the app does not changes in iPhone models specifically.
User friendly, and helpful

Just one request - As in India majority of people play gully cricket or in normal ground where we give batting to the last man but in this app we have to always add a new member and change strike again and again when last man is batting… If CricHeroes can give this option as well.. It would be really helpful for us..

Scam Alert!
This app has started a segment of online shopping inside their app. CricHeroes store… they are taking orders and prepayment from customers but not sending the product. Upon trying to reach customer care (no calling number, just available in WhatsApp) they are replying after 3-5 days and saying “ Hello Sir, I've already shared this with our team & get back to you soon”. This message is actually an automated message which they are sending because its been more than one month I have not received my product and the customer care is telling me the same thing for last 15 days and more.
I want to notify the App Store to put a ban on this CricHeroes app’s store section.
Fantastic app for cricketers
Very rarely I review any application but Cricheroes has made me visit the App Store to review their app purely because of the wonderful experience it gives me when it comes to my recreational cricket. Hats off to the founders and developers. You have caught the pulse of the cricket lovers and have made an app so smooth and so nice which is very addictive and makes us play more and more matches. Problem with New UI
Font size too big as cricket screen, Cant scroll down to bottom at performance screen , Should have option to customize home screen and font too big, One more feedback what o jave to do with N numbers of stuff going on. I need my personalized stuff at Home Screen, Overall as user i will not achieve anything from new UI changes
UI is good UX is bad. More screen need to be home with some stuff from current home screen etc, Home Screen need to turn to feeds. Color of the live match card could be different. Just live or ongoing tag not doing much here to differentiate

This APP has made life so simple for budding cricketers and also passionate cricketers to keep a track of their scores for every match. Stats have moved out of notebooks to this app at ease. It gives great insights and data to analyse your game and improve upon it. I am PRO subscriber and the data generation out of game has really helped in improving my game. This is boon for every cricketer who can have their stats on the go and evaluate performance. I simply love it.

I am a 11 year old rising cricketer and this app has been the best all my academy matches and school team and league matches scores are updated here.I have also taken pro membership as I know the insights are very good . My feature opinion is that you should also add a small cricket based video game or something similar so that the people who don’t like scoring and playing real cricket can also download the app.

Also new updates makes it even more interesting. Not sure about how the latest Dugout update is helpful? However most of the cricketers didn’t really like it as its very confusing and not meeting the purpose if a realtime score update in live mode.
Excellent App
I would like to rate this app 5* rating not just becoz of easy of use but also prompt services from support staff for issues. Special mention to Hiral here who is available 24/7 for assistance. Only request to app developers is to allow offline scoring and syncing especially when users face network issues. Currently the app suffers a lag in sync and at time hangs up but I am sure these talented guys will fix it soon.

Best cricket scoring app
Cricheroes is a fantastic platform for gully and corporate cricketers who want their matches to feel professional. Pathetic Customer Support
Extremely disappointing customer support experience. I have been trying to reach customer care for a genuine issue, but all I receive are delayed responses—sometimes taking up to 24 hours for a single reply.
There is absolutely no willingness to call or properly understand the issue. Communication feels robotic and careless, as if resolving customer problems is not a priority at all.
This kind of support defeats the entire purpose of having customer care. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic courtesy is unacceptable. Until customer support is taken seriously, this app cannot be relied upon when issues arise.
Good but need some attention on market
The app is very good when you use only for scoring and cricketing stuff.
But it’s very very worst experience when it comes to the market section. When you going to establish some business for unknown person you should enable the review section about the seller in market. It will save your users from cheaters as sellers in your application. It will also degrade your standard when you have cheaters as sellers. I completely cheated by a seller for English willow cricket bat.
I recommend cricheroes app users not to buy any product from the market section.

Close to perfection
CricHeroes is your closest app and gateway to living a life our star cricketers do. It gives you everything , stats, leaderboard, net run rate , points table and analytics if you have the Pro version . It is fantastic. We use it for our local tournaments and every since then people are hooked up to it . The support from Ronak has been fantastic if you have any questions . Truly professional app .
Match Highlights-No response
Pathetic service - Requested for a match highlights which as per Cricheroes should come within 48 hours after making the payment. To my dismay, even after putting a complaint there is no response and while talking to the customer care person Mr. Shivam who blindly says that his team has responded to my what’s app message that due to technical reason the highlights can’t be generated though I have not recd any such message. The person was rude to explain the details. For refund too, he didn’t explain it properly about the process which I am still not clear. Thanks for such a great service.

Worst support team
Support team was very good, humble and soft spoken earlier. But now they have become arrogant. They talk arrogantly on call and on chat they are very slow to respond. I had purchased infinity subscription on which I got complimentary jersey which had stains and threads hanging at collar. It’s already been more than a week since I reported this. Every time I ask for an update representative only says “ we have forwarded this to vendor amd our representative will get back to you soon”. This soon never comes.
Please don’t buy any merchandise and infinity subscription from this app until they fix their service. Pathetic service.

The app is now totally for users willing to pay money. This application was used by all of us for a reason. Any average cricketers and tournament hosts could use this without paying anything. Ofcourse there was pro version which had live stream capabilities and such which was fine. Now, this app is targeting not cricketers who made this application to where this is today. But for pure greed business. Blocking of even the personal stats is pure example of the clear change of mind sets. Change the name to Richheros instead of crickheros. And don’t forget who made you a successful app.

Excellent fulfilling app with all cricket scoring need and with all nee additions much more for cricket lovers. Apart from all this, they have excellent back office support to help us Incase we need some changes to be done which are outcome of scoring errors. RCCPL 5 with CRICHEROES
This my second tournament with CRICHEROES team. It was 5 star support by the CRICHEROES team. It was a small tournament and participate only 22 teams from our community only. Last year we did only live scoring with CRICHEROES and this time we improvise with live streaming and because of this around one lack people of my community watched this tournament from all over the India. It was a superb experience and hope next year will do more batter then this with the help of CRICHEROES. Thanks a lot CRICHEROES team.
Amazing app, feels like I am playing some international match
Wow, this should be made mandatory for all leather ball tournaments. Every player should insist on having this app used for scoring.
One small improvement: Can you add timestamp along with Innings Break entry you make in Match Notes tab. Also for 2nd Innings start time.
Why? Because most games get tracked on no of mins taken for 20/50 overs bowled & overs will be reduced while chasing which effects the games badly.

I have a suggestion… can we add slow motion in the highlights section? Most of the times we need to watch unnecessary area of video. We can show only the relevant area in slow motion.
It could be better if we can add “replay” feature in live streaming matches like we have in international matches the way they show replay of last ball, wicket or boundary. Will share more reviews later 😎

This is a fantastic app, it is easy to access which i like the most about this app, no bugs, no lag in this app. The way they co-operate is best, they reply to my messages with in working hours and even on weekends which is quite impressive. Absolutely fantastic ap and helps to track scores live, players profile and so many other things.
However they should also have an option that a single player can have 2-3phone numbers and scores can be merged across different numbers.
Tracking a player only at one phone number, at times is not the actual scores secured by him.

You are making to play cricket quite easy. The app has lot of features you can feel how you are playing where you are playing. How your bowlers and Batters are doing and everything is on the record. This is a great app and a must have for cricket lovers, who are playing as well as who are managing.
Scorecard Disappeared
Our second match result was removed automatically it was surprised that the match was removed completely from the app and we raised an complaint to the customer but they are not responding as well as not sorting out the issue this is showing the negligence from their side. We are disappointed about this since they have to workout more on for the proper systematic. I hope they will respond soon since the day complaint registered no one is responding.
⭐ 1 Star — Total Scam Feeling! Avoid This App at All Costs
CricHeroes has clearly set a 48-hour replacement policy just so they can push their poor-quality products and delay delivery on purpose.
I got my t-shirt on 17th Nov, used it on 22nd Nov for my corporate match (because obviously matches are on weekends), and when I asked for a replacement, they simply said “48 hours is over”.
So basically, they expect customers to magically try the product within 2 days — even though their own slow delivery makes replacement impossible.
This looks like a cheap trick to sell bad-quality items and avoid taking responsibility.
Seriously, they’re acting like the money is their father’s property.
The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and feels like a farzi sale strategy.
Never buying from them again — and I would recommend everyone to stay away.
