The circle of doom churns for up to 5-7 minutes adding data and changing screens. Beyond slow. Type and wait, and wait, and wait.

Best Customer Service 5★
This app is used for the majority of my kids sports teams. It’s so easy to use that I started using it for other groups, like our school PTO/PTA. I accidentally made a typo in my email address when I first signed up, and so one day my account got overridden when another user signed up with the same email address (my bad)! I lost all my teams. I contacted customer service and they helped me fix the issue. I wasn’t expecting them to be helpful at all (for a free app), but to my delight they were fast, so helpful, and friendly! The issue is totally resolved. I was so impressed that I was inspired to write my first app review :)

Great App…. But 4★
I wish when you send a direct message it would keep the recipient’s name on the message like any other app that using a direct message. I hate have to scroll and click on the messages to make sure I’m sending a direct message to the correct person instead of just clicking the previous message, or starting an another direct message. If there is anyway that could update that would be great, and i hate having a restricted number of characters on a mass message. Other than these 2 things I love this app for communication with our team.

Needs a few important features 3★
Two issues we are having. 1. The admin cannot change any RSVPs. 2. If an event is changed or canceled, no notification is sent to those that have RSVP’d alerting them to the change.

Not a single setting works. 1★
None of the settings to limit notifications work. Turning off notifications from members doesn’t work. Turning off notifications for pictures, comments, or messages doesn’t work. Not even turning off notifications works. I had to turn off notifications at a system level to stop getting hundreds of unnecessary and unwanted notifications.

Great for school soccer team but needs improvement 4★
I coach middle school soccer for the boys and girls at different times of the year and it’s a great communication app for the team and parents. It servers its purpose and it’s better than group messaging and emails. However it needs some minor improvements like the abilities to like individual comments in a thread not just the whole thread. Also it lower the quality of all pictures posted within the app and that kinda stinks. Also if you are the leader and you set it to everyone can comment, or message, but does it allow you to do both? I want people to be able to post comments and direct messages if needed not just either or. If this app got some updates, it would be a 5 star easily

Very helpful App 4★
Really enjoy using this App. So easy to get set up and very user friendly. I would give it a 4.5!!! Only thing I wish it had (using ad version) is a calendar that can support odd schedules; for example: every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, etc.

Default Options 4★
I love the app for its functionality and easily keeping things in one place. What I wish for is the capacity to set the calendar as the default opening when launching the app. I have a number of folks that aren’t too tech savvy and being able to have the calendar be the first thing they see would be immensely helpful.

Why new messages at top??? 1★
Literally, the only app where new messages are at the top. Why are we going against the grain of every other user experience on the market. Please fix this. It is well deserving of five stars but I just can’t give you those five stars when you feel the need to do something different just to be different. How does it make any sense for newer messages to be on top when literally the operating system of the phone both android and Apple has messages that are new at the bottom.

Participant Limit 5★
This app has been very useful re our pickleball team’s schedule etc. I have been looking for the Participant Limit ( as suggested in FAQ, ) function to produce a waiting list category however there isn’t any such choice listed under the event info. How do I indicate the limit?

No confirmation on remove is bad design 1★
Today I was reviewing one of the people that had joined my teams group, and was adding his son’s name as that’s how I identify the parents and their children. I accidentally hit the removed member, and he was just gone. No confirmation I really wanted to remove him of any kind. As an app developer myself, I can tell you this is absolutely horrible form. You never ever let a user blindly delete something without making sure that that’s absolutely what they want to do and that includes removing them from a group because I can’t go back and add the person back without them going through hoops. This is dumb. I will gladly modify my review when you fix this obvious giant gaping hole in your process

Glitchy & Frustrating 1★
There has to be a better way to sign up on the calendar than scrolling to kingdom come—and then it bumping you all the way back to the top , and you have to do it all over again! Not to mention, it stalls out constantly. What is going on?

Good But 3★
I like the app. Very useful, but the leader settings are not user friendly, and there is no where to ask questions to the developer. It would be great if there was a user guide to download. For example. How do you only allow group messaging for leaders, disable group messaging for members and only allow direct messaging for members with group messaging only for leaders?

This app has worked really well until the recent update. Now people can no longer join our groups. Please fix this.

Could be great, but annoying slow for key features 2★
OMG please fix this app so that the number of attendees is instantly accurate in the list view vs having to wait 15 seconds for the correct numbers to update. And much worse when is the long wait (30+ seconds) for the list of attendees to display. This is ridiculous. I submitted feedback several months ago and they responded like they were unaware. Seriously? Try using your own app!

Unprompted Updates Make app unusable 1★
Good news! You’ll be unable to access your schedule or chat/comments because the app will start an unprompted update blocking you from viewing info. It remains unavailable for long durations with a screen saying: “Updates in Progress will be completed in the next hour…” Fun fact, it does not complete in the next hour.

Bugs 1★
I have missed very important message way too many times from our Coach because the messages won’t load. If you click Forgot Password, it won’t send you a code. I updated it today and it. won’t show attachments. Uninstalled it and now it won’t let me back in. There are too many bugs for this to be reliable!

Not very modern 2★
Would really like to see the chat function overhauled and brought into the 21st-century. It is very rudimentary and unintuitive. It has many limitations that you just don’t see in today’s chat apps. But this app really hasn’t seen any significant development for years. So I don’t really know that the developers even listen or care. Here are some examples of what I’m talking about: You can't like or react to comments. You can't reply to comments, you can only reply to the original message. You should be able to choose a comment, react to it, or reply to it in an indented thread. TeamReach messaging has such bland and basic functionality. You have to hit the "# comments" link to reply to a comment, or you end up making a new post, which happens very often because it’s non-intuitive. Comments are ordered with the most recent at the top. You only see the most recent 2 comments. To see more, you have to know to hit the "# Comments" link, which isn't even clear is a link. You can react to an original message (not any replies/comments) using 1 of six TeamReach-proprietary emoji - very basic and limited. Uploaded pictures and files are detached from the messages/threads that they are uploaded to. So when you go to look at pictures and files, it's just a scrollable list, with no context, no way to comment on them, no way to like or otherwise react to them. There is zero search functionality in TeamReach. Nothing. Nada. The app automatically signs you up using your full real name and doesn't give you an option to change that during the sign-up process. It costs $9.99/yr to remove ads, which I don't have a problem with, and I pay it. But that fee is required of everyone you invite to your TeamReach group and there is no option for the group owner to pay for no-ads for the entire group. All of the above has been suggested by many people for years to the TeamReach developer(s?), and nothing ever gets improved. All they say is, "We'll get them to our project management team." What project management team? There's no evidence that any meaningful development is being done with this app for years now.

Best Customer Service 5★
They truly have the best customer service! When I was new to the system last year, I ran into a few issues and reached out via email. Every time, they responded quickly, usually the same day and patiently walked me through everything with several back-and-forth emails until the issue was fully resolved. Recently, I even had an issue over a weekend, and to my surprise, they responded the same day. They quickly identified that a patch was needed, had it uploaded, and the app ready to update by the very next day. I also shared a few suggestions during last season, and they genuinely listened. One of my ideas was already on their list for discussion, and by the start of the new sports season, they had already implemented it. It’s incredible to work with a company that truly values customer feedback. I can’t say enough good things about this app and how much it has helped organize and manage our sports team.

Super Useful 4★
I have been using this app for 7 years now, since my son started playing sports. It’s the go to for our district. A few reasons for not a full 5 star review. It drives me nuts the way you have to add pictures to a comment. Like right now, I’m trying to add a new image and it’s not allowing me to. It’s only giving me the option to add stuff I have previously posted. Also, notifications are super flaky. Sometimes they come through and other times I get them all at once even if something was posted hours ago. I have also noticed sometimes when you click to reply to something even though you click that message it takes you to a different previous message or just posts new on the wall. I feel like the app overall can be a bit clunky sometimes. However, again been using it for years and I’m a leader on 8 groups right now and in a total of 12. Love it for it’s purpose but could use to updates and tweaks.

Underdeveloped one-trick-pony 1★
The app is very undeveloped compared to other platforms. There aren’t many admin controls nor do end users have many options. For example, there is no way to block an individual user. Someone regularly spams multiple groups with corny memes daily. Which means I get notifications 6 times for the same corny meme. I could leave the group or turn off notifications for those groups, but that defeats the purpose of the app. Another annoyance is that the direct messages do not go to a separate inbox. Instead it appears visually like it’s just another post among the normal posts/threads with a label that says “direct message.” It’s very easy to miss that the message you’re seeing is actually a direct message because it is not very differentiated aesthetically. Sending DMs to a separate inbox would be far better. Also, there is no desktop version of the app so you are stuck using a mobile device. Unfortunately, Albuquerque’s pickleball scene has decided on this platform as their app of choice, so I’m stuck using it so we can get notified of cancellations, meetups, tournaments, etc. Facebook, WhatsApp, or most any other social media app would be far better to use. Heck, some groups have resorted to text threads as their preferred method of communication. That says something.

Possible areas for improvement 3★
I have been using this app for over a year now as a manager for a boys U15 travel soccer team. Conceptually the app is ok, but like everything else their is room for improvement. Firstly the notifications does not always come through. I’ve sent messages to the group and not everyone will get it. First I thought they didn’t have their notifications turned on, but that was not the case. Notifications are not consistent. I sent a group message and my wife who was sitting next to me on the couch did not get a notification that something was posted to the group. Secondly, I recommend their be a way to disable or remove the “maybe” from the RSVP options. When people answer maybe it makes it difficult to know if you will have enough players for events. Thirdly, I suggest you implement a read receipt for messages (like Heja) so the sender can see who have seen the messages especially when we already know the notifications are not reliable. This will let the sender know to contact players directly by other means (text) if an answer is needed immediately.

Great app for coaches and players 5★
The calendar is the best part of the app. Coaches can load all dates, addresses, and other details. Members can indicate their availability. The text part is good and you can even do a survey on things like uniforms or places to eat. This app saves so much time. Members can click on an event, click on the address and it goes straight to maps. Coaches can post set events, but they can also propose considered events, like practices. Then, coaches can check which date/time work best before deciding when to meet. I agreed to take on coaching my 50+ tennis team because I thought I could manage without too much hassle using this app. Even our 70-85 year old ladies were all easily able to sign in and use the app. We love it! Two suggestions: allow posts in the text to be edited. Allow an opt in to share team contact info (like phone numbers or emails.)

Good, But Needs Work 3★
It’s simple and easy to use, however it could use some work. There is a serious lag or glitch that needs to be addressed firstly. It could unintentionally cause misclicks and you are more likely to sign up for the wrong dates because of it. This has caused many issues and frustration in the very large recreational group I’m in. Secondly, there needs to be a tab that shows everything you are signed up for. This would make it easy to see what is upcoming, and also a good way to check for accidental sign ups due to the lag. Thirdly, it would be great if there were alerts. I’m in a large group that includes a waitlist but when you move up from the waitlist to the “yes I’m going,” you are not alerted about your new change in status. This has also led to much frustration in our group and causes people to be no-shows when they don’t know they are moved up. The only way to know currently is to constantly check. Lastly, the messaging should be in a separate location from the main posts to avoid confusion. It is currently all mixed together and feels disorganized and confusing. I do appreciate that it is a simple app without excessive bells and whistles. Easy to sign up for stuff apart from the lag. And you can set limits to how many people can sign up and don’t have to invite people individually. I also like that there are not advertisements; that does count for a lot. With a few interface tweaks this app could be perfect.

I tried them all...this was the best! 5★
My 12-year-old daughter plays on three travel/club teams and they each utilize a combination of group texts, email, and Facebook. Functionally, it’s a mess as not everyone is accessing information in the same way. I assist her basketball coach with admin tasks and he asked me to find an app that could replace these other methods of communication. I tried out TeamSnap, TeamApp, InstaTeam, Sportzly, and Remind. I also explored paid services like Thapos, Coach Hippo, Pronto, and RosterBot. This one was the best to fit our needs, which were: 1) Group messaging or “chat” page 2) Scheduling with iCal or google calendar export 3) RSVP/availability function 4) Direct messages 5) Surveys 6) Photo upload 7) Sharing contact info The message board function was most important to this team. I also wanted something that was easy to use and intuitively designed. Coach and some parents are not tech-saavy, and I don’t want/need a million functions available to parents. This one fit the bill and was totally free. No banner ads, no hidden functions that are “subscription-only”. There is no reason to pay $150+ in annual fees for the extras. It just stresses everyone out. I also like that the banner and icon are totally customizable. Cannot recommend this app enough, will be suggesting the other teams use it too!

Inappropriate ad - Edited Review 4★
The developers and/or whoever is in charge of this app replied and informed me that they are working on resolving this issue by removing the inappropriate ad and are working to prevent this from happening in the future. I appreciate that so much! And the mom who brought the ad to my attention in the first place, concerned for all the kids on the app, appreciates it very much as well! Original review below: This (title removed for edited review) was the title of one of the ads on Team Reach, and included a chart on which horoscope signs will have the best sex with each other, get divorced, etc. This is unacceptable for a 4+ app rating. My kids and many others are on this app for their sports teams. Please screen your ads. I appreciate the app for its intended purpose, but there will be a LOT of people (in our huge sports group) moving to a different app if you aren’t able to do better in this regard. Thanks in advance.

The best app for organizing formal and informal sports groups 5★
My wife found this app a couple of years ago as we were brainstorming about how to handle an adult soccer group that I got saddled with helping to keep organized. The group was just a pick-up game group, but we had a lot of “regulars,” and we all loved playing together. I knew we needed something more than the clunky email list we were using, but it had to be simple and low to no cost. The app has been phenomenally helpful, and has helped us get through COVID (so far), which has required a whole new level coordination and communication. It has been so successful (eliminating about 90% of my manual organization activities) that it got referred to another sports group: old guys doing Pickle Ball. Highly recommended!

Could use some upgrades 4★
Overall this app has been very useful for our team. I would suggest improving on a few things though. Messages get posted but there’s no way to tell which messages you have read. It should be more like email…maybe a change of color for read and unread messages. There’s also not a way to react to comments of messages posted. It would also be nice to be able to post more than 5 pictures at a time. I’ve had several parents say they aren’t getting notifications even though they have them turned on. I know I’ve had this happen a time or 2 myself. We love the calendar and how easy it is to edit it and all the info that is entailed with it. This app was good but it has potential to be better and I hope that it is by next football season because we would love to continue using it.

Great App 5★
We use this app to communicate with our Parents/ Caregivers and Special needs players. Love the ease of the calendar for making any changes to our schedule and to alert to cancellations, etc. would love to be able to add documents into the calendar, such as every week we have scores and averages, it would be nice to be able to attach that to have a reference .Billy at Support suggested save it as a PDF or attach it as a spread sheet for now, but would pass along the suggestion. Also would like more of an online help section that would address common issues or step by step directions . This app is very self explanatory for the most part, but feel I may be missing out on its full potential.

Please add a way for members to create events 4★
I belong to a large Pickleball group that uses this app, and for the most part it has been great. But our scheduling is a little impromptu, i.e. we don’t have set times that we play each week. It would be great if there was a way for members to add events to the schedule and have a notification sent out that a new event was created so people could sign up. Right now, only the admin can create new events, so what ends up happening is somebody will message the whole group asking who can play on a particular day/time and then there are a bunch of replies back-and-forth and it just turns into a big group text. I end up needing to turn on Do Not Disturb (thank you for that feature!!) because of all the text activity.

Needs enhancements 3★
Update: it would be amazing if users could have more granular notification preference settings. Example: I don't want to be noticed for anything EXCEPT if I am in a waitlist and then a spot opens up. Currently if I have notifications on I get notified WAY too much and the messages just say 'New Update' - it doesn't say what the update actually is. Frustrating! This app has really helped a large group of friends who play Pickleball get organized. The biggest problem some of us have is that sometimes we'll tap on something and the app will not respond. For example, I often tap on the event then the date of a specific session...... it SHOULD bring me to the next screen where I can RSVP but it often simply doesn't respond. Very frustrating. Happens to not just me. Is there any solution for this?

Easy to use, missing a couple of features. 5★
As a very basic meet-up scheduler and sign-up tool, TeamReach is excellent: intuitive, easy to use, has most of the needed basic features such as public and private messaging, attendance limits, very easy calendar management. A couple things are missing: one cannot register for more than one place, although one can leave a comment that one is bringing more people. For an attendanc- limited venue, not being able to show the actual number of attendees, including guests, is a drawback. Also, it would be nice to be able to search for all of one’s sign-ups, rather than having to fumble through all of the possible ones.

Problem with Direct Messages 4★
Overall a good app. I’ve used it for my teams for the last 5 years and are currently on 7 different groups. Than you so much for the app. It has made communicating with my teams so much easier. A couple of suggestions that would make this app perfect for me. The main problem I have is with direct messaging, you cannot see who you are messaging without having to first go into the message then tap the top again. It is such a headache when you have multiple direct messages going on at once. I need to check all of them to find the correct thread. I often just start a new message because it’s such a headache. Please make it so I can see who I'm messaging without going into each individual message. I don’t need to see my name when replying, believe me I already know I’m on the direct message. Maybe create a setting for the leader to choose to allow everyone to see the results of a poll without having to answer it. I now include a extra option just so parents can see if their child has answered the poll without screwing with my count. Allowing more than 5 photos to be uploaded at once would also be great.

Fantastic app - one request 5★
This is a fantastic app. I am curious as to how you monetize since you have no fee and no ads? I have one request. It would be great if people could scroll through all of the scheduled events and easily see which ones they signed up for. Currently, you have to drill down into each event to see whether you signed up or not. It seems like it would be pretty trivial for you to indicate on the schedule summary, if somebody is signed up, like show a different color or an icon or some thing and then they would not need to drill down to see whether they had signed up. Is there any way to get in touch with your tech-support? Thank you for the great app.

Great App, used for various soccer teams 5★
My soccer club and I have been using this app for a few years now and it’s been very functional and easy to use. Works on various mobile platforms, is reliable and is great for organizing and coordinating events. Some features within allow for additional fields when planning events, the attendance feature is great too (you can keep track of who actually showed up). If you have several teams, TeamReach makes it easy to separate them so that they are individual groups but you can still communicate with all of them if needed. Overall great reliable and functional app, helps my daily life tremendously.

TeamReach is a fantastic app! 5★
We use TeamReach to organize our regional Pickleball community, and even though it wasn’t specifically designed for this purpose, it works great. We’re able to post events and communicate with each other efficiently and effectively, avoiding text threads and other information silos that breakdown the group into parts. Furthermore, and amazingly enough, the two times we had an issue with our TeamReach group (which was entirely our own fault) we were able to call the TeamReach help line and speak to someone who fixed our problem immediately! Just fantastic! I highly recommend TeamReach to anyone needing group organizing.

Great for staying organized in my pickleball small group. 5★
Recently, a small group at our Pickleball club started using this app to organize games. And we love it! Prior to the app We had been texting the dates and times for reserved courts but scrolling through numerous texts to find out who said yes to which day and time could be frustrating. The only improvement that we could see was the ability to limit participation for each game. Then one day I ran across that option when setting up a game. Unfortunately that is the only time I have ever seen that option. Is it still available? Inquiring minds want to know😀

Needs an additional category 5★
The App is great but needs some improvement. 1). Our small 200 member group has a Committee that the members come to provide suggestions, register complaints etc. but they have to search to find committee members to do this. Yes we have the comments indicate these people are on the committee but if there was a level below Leader without admin rights would work. Say Committee, Board Member etc. 2) Make the first letter of a members first & last name Capitilized automatic. This will solve the problem were if a member puts his name is lower case it goes to the bottom of the member list. I hope this info helps improve the experience for all users of the app. Jay Dibley

Notifications 4★
This is a great app to manage and schedule with multiple groups. From a product perspective, my biggest issue is the lack of notification customization. It’s either all or nothing. If someone posts, and then people comment on the post, even if I did not interact in the post, I get notified of every comment in the post. I’m glad I can mute specific channels, but not being able to further customize within groups is frustrating. Separately, I wish there was an easier way to access direct messages. I have to scroll through my group’s posts to find anything. And if I start a new message to someone I already DM’d, the new thread does not integrate past messages.

Amazing team resource for coaches and parents! 5★
Hi, I love your app and truly appreciate you making this available for free for kids teams to use! I tell all of my kids coaches to use it and they all quickly love it. I have one request, it would be great if on the member side of a group the user could create a “nickname” for the group. Something like “Billy’s basketball team”. I have five kids that are playing the same sport and their teams are on the app, but when I look at the list…it’s hard to decipher which group goes with which kid. So it would be super helpful if I could create nicknames on my side to distinguish. Anyways thanks for such a great app!

Great app for team communication 5★
I love the app. It’s easy to use and is a great tool for scheduling and keeping my team up to date. There is only one real issue I have and I hope the developers see this comment. I have uploaded images and some can’t be removed. Since I coach several teams, i have images and files from basketball displaying in my other group (volleyball) and can’t be removed. But it only seems to be in my “app”, not other’s. Also some images that I never uploaded from my phone have made it to the group, but are only visible to some users; while others can’t see those. Overall, I couldn’t do without this app.

Easy to use when it works 2★
We (eight seniors) play pickleball three times a week. We created an event for each game day. Members must select YES/NO/Maybe for each event depending on if they want to play or not. This app lets us enter our responses for one event only but not for the other two. We’re not sure if it is by design(we use the free version) or programming error. This is a follow up to the developer’s response: Developer says we can schedule multiple events, which is correct as I mentioned in my earlier review. Yes, we can schedule multiple events (in our case three events/week), however, we can only enter a YES/NO for ONE event. The other two events become useless. My guess is the ads in their free version causing this problem or they just want you to upgrade to their paid-version.

Need a feature to communicate a message to someone requesting approval 4★
We have the feature on to require approval before you can join the group but there is no way to communicate with the at person to determine if they have fill out the required membership forms and is actually in our community. It would be great if either a one time message could be added that alerts the person that they will not be approved until the paperwork is completed and dues paid. (Paperwork at amenity center). Or to be able to direct message the person “that we are waiting for the required paperwork (available at clubhouse) before they will be added.

LOVE THIS APP!! 4★
Great app to organize players. Cons-I would move the view option away from the YES/NO/MAYBE buttons. I have accidentally hit those when trying to view participants and end up moving my status to no or maybe. Not fun to have to go into edit because of it-especially if there is s waitlist. Direct messages/posts need an instruction (button) in the message to make sure people reply to the direct message and not the whole group. Posts need a reply button in the first screen to reply in that post and not create a new whole new post. It can get really cluttered when people reply creating a whole new post. If there is a reply to a post, a green update ribbon in the corner on the original post would be a great flag to indicate that someone replied. A paid button would also help to flag to the organizer who has paid. I have to write down all the participants and flag this separately now. It would be a huge benefit to have this feature. A separate place to pin articles, announcements- that are not pictures too.

Great app, needs modifications 4★
As the leader of my group, it’s super easy to post practices and get a participant count. I can go in and change dates, cancel or modify single practices with no problem. The people in my group would love a few modifications from their end. When they are moved from the waitlist, the notification doesn’t give the date that has occurred. And the calendar view also doesn’t give a quick view to see what practices they signed up for as well. As a result of both of these, they have to go in to each practice individually to look. But otherwise this app has really streamlined my schedule and it’s much easier for my clients.

Cool app and useful! 5★
This app is a great alternative to using unruly group texts. Pretty simple to use and has event dates for practices, play times, etc. You can vote Yes or No if you are attending and can also see the list of confirmed attendees. One improvement I would suggest is to have the attending Yes/No buttons on the calendar event overview. Some people don’t even realize those are there, because they are on the details page which you have to click to get to. I think they would be used more if people knew they existed and would reduce sending messages wanting to know if anyone is coming out.

Exactly What I Was Looking For!! 5★
If you/your family are involved in multiple activities or clubs (being a member or a coordinator), this is the app for you! Create different calendars for different activities and simply share the calendar through the app or through text. No one can change anything unless you invite someone to be a leader of the individual calendar with you. AND your invitees can choose to mark if they are going to attend the event or not. My only desire would be to be able to see a whole calendar view rather then just a list. Either way, this was exactly what I was looking for!!

USTA TENNIS 5★
I am the captain of three USTA tennis teams. This app helps me communicate more efficiently with each team by keeping each team’s communications separated into their respective groups. Many of our players are on more than one of my teams and this app allows us to keep it straight on which team each message applies to. This is much more effective than having multiple texts buried in your phone and having to search every text in your message app. With TeamReach, just open the app then choose the team name and all the communications are all there in one place and in chronological order.

Love the app. So much potential. A few recommendations 4★
I really wish the direct messages acted more like text messages, email, messenger, etc. where it’s in a completely different section in the app & you can easily see previous messages with different people. That would be a huge upgrade. The other big update I’d love it for the message board to be easier to organize/sort through. Collapsible threads, clearer messages so that it’s clear where one message ends & another begins, searchable messages, the ability to pins messages to the top. If you’re prioritizing updates, these would elevate this app to another level.

Great App could be even Greater if…. 4★
This is a solid, solid app with numerous useful features. We use it for our entire pickleball program. Things that would take it into the stratosphere? 1. The ability to post your own picture headers for events. 2. The ability to create a true Admin account without it having to be your own player account. Currently you need a second phone if you want your player account to be separate from your role as admin. 3. Waitlist notification system so players on a waitlist get a text when they get moved into an event because of a dropout Also players on the waitlist get a customizable message when they go on that list or get a popup that says eg. please don’t show up to play until you get a player spot. 4. A court booking system with payment processing facility ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ integrated into TeamReach 1000% would pay for this service as a club. 5. A picture walll for your TeamReachers 6. More interactive chat with better functionality.

Very good, but one thing… 4★
Ok, first of all, I love the app, it has helped me coordinate with the other members of our team. This has been an amazing asset to our group communication. But one thing. Someone in the group sent one of the team photos, but all I could see was the top half inch maybe. The rest of the picture was covered by grey nothingness. This was and is very annoying as I have tried to fix this many times. This has not been an issue on any other group photos, but I was never able to see that one. Please repair this bug! I hope this has not affected anyone else. Have a blessed day!

Was a 5 star until the influx of ADs 4★
I have used this app and have always shared with other coaches on how great this app is. In fact I use it for the 5 teams I coach. Issue now is the new part of the app of Ads. I have been asked by parents why I would post stuff about weight loss to my players. That was when I realized team reach is now using ads. I know there is an option to pay per year for no ads. My question is… if I pay for that, does it remove the ads on all my. Groups or does it just remove it for me. Tried to look it up, but couldn’t find the answer anywhere.

Easy to Use and Good for Group Scheduling 4★
I have been using the App for scheduling pickleball play at various locations. It is easy to use and has helpful features for setting attendance limits, viewing who is participating, creating repeating events and duplicating events. I would love to see the list of names always alphabetized. It’s very time consuming updating the attendance for those that are no shows or come but haven’t responded YES. I would also like the option to ONLY delete or change a future occurrence of a repeating event. Having attendance history is important to me. Any chance of a future enhancement for exporting this data for record keeping purposes?

App is lacking 3★
I’ve used worse, but this app could use some polish. Advanced notification options implies I can turn off photo notifications, but it still notifies me. There’s typically a lot of “noise” from various users chatting. There are no good combo of notification options to filter some of that out. One option would be to mute a particular thread. I also use TR on both my phone and ipad, but I get the same notifications on both even if I’ve already viewed it on my other device. Even the in-app badges don’t update on the other device. Annoying. And it doesn’t reliably notify me on one or the other device.

Love this App! 5★
I’ve been a coach for several decades now and the TeamReach app is by far the best one yet for staying in contact with players, parents, and admin. As a new assistant athletic director for female sports, I’m encouraging our entire coaching staff to use this platform. It’s user friendly, easy to set up, and an extremely effective communication tool. Attaching schedules, team documents, and highlight photos is a breeze. Support feedback has been immediate. I sent an email question and got an actual phone call from a live support team member. The customer service is top-notch. Five big shiny stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for TeamReach.

Awesome app, and FREE! 5★
I don't write reviews. However, this app has made my life as a soccer team manager so much easier. The attendance feature is just amazing, so much better than trying to use e-mail or google docs. Some of the parents who also have the free team snap actually like this program better. I did have an isolated issue and contacted teamreach. They were quick to respond with an email AND and phone call. One of the parents liked this app so much, she starting using this in an elementary classroom. As a free app, two thumbs up!

Excellent app for teams 4★
We use this app to schedule a large group of Pickleball players for doubles. It’s perfect for our group and functions very well. I’d give it 5 stars, except for one major drawback. For the “Leaders” of the group, it’s easy to accidentally delete stuff. The delete button is a place where people frequently placed their thumb when scrolling on apps. One of our Leaders could press the delete button and delete members, events, or our entire group. It does give one prompt after pressing delete. I wish there were more safeguards around deleting.

Pretty good app 4★
So far so good. I have been managing my kids’ soccer and baseball teams for years and this works really well. I do wish there was web based access to use from a computer as trying to input all the calendar info and contact info was cumbersome. Also the ability to download the calendar as a whole vs having to download each date separately is cumbersome. Update: the develop responded that I can subscribe to the events calendar. Thank you. Except that so far, the calendar is over 7 pages long, so how are we supposed to readily find the subscribe button? It should be at the top of the page.

Good App! 5★
I really do like the app a lot! It really does do the job it makes coaching sooooo much easier that trying to get everyone’s number and texting in a group chat so it is super nice I think! It would be nice if u could delete groups if your the coach of them, I know that parents can delete but me as a coach I can’t because I’m the manager or something like that. 😂 You guys really did a very good job making the app tho it really does help coaching a lotttttt! I do recommend it!

Does it’s job 4★
I coach a snowboard team and this app is definitely helps to communicate to parents quickly and effectively. One thing I haven’t figured out is how to delete/get rid of old team groups. We make a new group every year and I would really like to in clutter the UI and get rid of old groups that I’ve already closed but there doesn’t seem to be a “delete” or “remove group” option. Would really like if they added that in. Other than that the app serves its intended function well.

Helpful but one big miss 4★
This app is helpful for managing communications and schedules for our team. One big miss is the ability to expose parent contact info. We end up creating a separate document for that but it would be more efficient if you could see the email and phone number by clicking on a name. Seeing “on record” for the phone and “submitted” for the email is worthless. As with any personal info these days, you could have an opt out check box for those that don’t want that info exposed.

Excellent customer service! 5★
Anytime I need anything corrected with this app I shoot an email to customer and they get back to me promptly and are happy to help. Great staff working in that dept.! On the app itself I find that the Comments sections are confusing to most users. It’s not very clear where your comment is ending up, and it gets confusing to keep a linear sense of the responses. Other than that, it’s a helpful app to organize games that have many people participating.

Great App, great customer service!! 5★
I use this app for my kids teams and with some social circles, it is easy and a big help when communicating with large teams. I was one of the leaders in one of the groups, which had over 200 members, when the season was over I accidentally deleted the entire group, I found out when the main leader sent me a text asking if I deleted it, and that he had no way of contacting the team. I quickly emailed support and the immediately restored the group!
