Love this app. Brilliant for tracking every game I’ve ever been to! Love seeing all my stats, grounds and teams I’ve watched. Best part by far is the fixture finder. So many games I’ve been to that I simply wouldn’t have known existed without this app, especially when abroad or on holiday. Why am I going to a Croatian 3rd tier game on my summer holiday?! Get footballing experiences you never thought you’d have! Quality app, thanks guys!

It’s a fun tool and adds to the experience of following footie to different grounds but it’s chronically unstable. I regularly have to re-load and you can’t paste passwords so a password manager is off the agenda (very 1980s).

On new phone. Unable to access my old profile. Please help. No easy way of resetting a password. Needs development.

Where do I start? Before this app was brought to my attention I had no idea of how games of football there were on in my local area This has an amazing feature of letting you click a button to see the nearby fixtures and choosing how far distance wise you want to search and how many leagues to include. If you go for the full 11 leagues you are almost guaranteed to find a game of football near you any night of the week. Most games I’ve found myself at cost under a tenner to enter. Two and a half hours of football and chat with a mate (if you have as many crazy friends as me that are up for visiting places like Witham/Hornchurch/Heybridge on any given night!). Can’t recommend this app highly enough to anyone.

Great app, I use it to find league games nearby me and my son can attend and what days they’d be on. Only downside is I can’t make another account for my son as he’s too young to download the app on his own mobile

I’m here at the World Cup and it’s not acknowledging my location, checking me in to the games or even giving me the milestone badges I used to get. Generally I love this app as a groundhopper but really needed it to work for the grandest football event of them all.

Really good app, enjoy tracking my matches and going to new games. I guess it can only get better! Maybe a few more stats of games whatever that may be and possibly adding more women’s fixtures down the pyramid would be a really good feature!

100% essential for any travelling football fan, plan your games, see what is on in any corner of the earth at nearly any level of football. Incredibly fun!

Love this app but recently it won’t load up. It just crashes. Re download it a couple times and still the same but when it does work it’s a fantastic app

Hands down my favourite app. Unfortunately I have encountered a problem with it in the past few weeks. 9 times out of 10 - when I go to open the app it crashes. Would be great if this could be fixed.

Downloaded this to both my current phone and my old phone but the app just keeps on crashing when trying to open it. It’s a shame because others have said this is a really fun app but I guess I’ll never know.

As the title suggests I love this app, perfect for groundhopping, awaydays and finding local football games. The only downside I can think of about this app is it keeps crashing when opening the app, I would happily rate this app an easy 5/5 but due to the current issue me and a few fellow users are facing it’s gonna have to be rated lower then usual. Sorry.

I can’t remember the last time I had more than two days where this app didn’t crash, I’ve been deleting and re-downloading it but it is useless for checking in at most grounds as can’t access. If it didn’t crash it would easily be a 5 star app, I used to use footygroundsmap and the games listed on here are so much more thorough.

I first discovered the app shortly before moving to Manchester in 2019, which is also when I started regularly attending games. Thanks to the app I discovered a lot of non-league clubs I’d never heard of before but have now visited a lot of them. The ‘nearby fixtures’ feature is IMO the best as you can find games wherever you are, even if you’re going to be on holiday somewhere!

Just installed but i can’t access it because when i open the app it crashes instantly, this issue needs to be resolved asap

Best app going just need to add ground tours even if it’s a different colour or something on your map just would be helpful.

It’s an amazing app, I wish there was a feature where you could put all your photos and maybe videos on there as a memory!

Good app, loads of stats, clubs, stadiums etc. For some reason some matches aren’t showing up in my matches section. Can this be sorted out please

I like this app but had to delete it .Everytime I tried to add something,a picture a ground ect it crashed . I gave it a good go but it was unusable for me on my iPhone 14

This app is amazing, i’ve been using it for a fee years. Easy to check into the current game you’re at and even easier to search for those matches from previous years. Would recommend it to anyone.

The app provides a brilliant service and offers clear options that might be missed by usual means of research. I use it often and even if i can’t make the games, I quite enjoy just scrolling to see what’s around. A possible addition? I keep forgetting to sign-in to the matches when I’m there, and have a few now not on record. While I understand giving the option to sign-in to past matches isn’t the correct course of action, I’m curious if when in/near a stadium that the app recognises is hosting a match, a notification could be sent to the device asking if I’m there and want to sign in? Of course I should just remember to do it manually, but maybe when caught up in the atmosphere it’s hard to remember. Many thanks for your work on the app. Paul

Just been informed that price will increase from £5.99 to £8.99 in one hit a rise of just over 50%. I understand prices can rise but 50%!!

A great way to track the football matches you’ve attended and see the stats from the games you’ve been to. I wish there was a ‘sportology’ to show all sporting events

I’ve been using this app for a few seasons now and it is everything you could ask for as a footie fan. It has all the stats you need, lots of information and badges to earn. It can be difficult to find certain information and I find myself clicking around within the app to try and find it but once it’s found you can just about remember where to go again. Also the app does feel a bit outdated as the interface has never changed so I feel it could do with a clean-up and redesign but other than that I would recommend this to everybody!

Can’t open the app on my iPhone 7, ios 15.6.1 - comes up with a loading screen and crashes instantly. Have deleted and reinstalled app but not getting anywhere.

I love the app, but every time I try to open it recently, it never works. It just closes itself immediately. I have updated the app to the current version but the problem still persists.

I’m a southern based York supporter so mostly go to away games. I see there’s a leaderboard for how many matches people have been to total but it would be good to see a home/away split! Thanks

The idea is great but the app is very clunky. It keeps registering matches as more than one game which skews my stats! I've paid for it soi expect a working app!

Really interesting to see all of your stats per season, and great to be able to go back and look at your past games, stadiums you’ve been to etc…

For statistics, keeping track of matches attended and finding future football fixtures nothing comes close to this app. This is the Bruno Guimaraes of the hopping toolbox, absolute Rolls Royce and makes it look easy.

This app is by far the best app I have on my phone. Having been a user of this for about 8 years now I have seen how the app used to be so basic to now having so many features. Thoroughly reccomend this app to any football fan

Sure this isn’t as straightforward to build into the app as it seems but if you could fashion a ‘current 92’ counter into the landing page of the app, that’d be great! Just to keep track of how many we’re up to. You know, for the real geeks among us. 🤓

Love the app but when I try and see my friends’ matches at a ground the screen goes blank. It never used to do this but its annoying. Other than that, the app is brilliant

Experiencing issues with the App. I’ve removed the App and reset my iPhone a few times. I’ve sent a Twitter message to the App Twitter handle. The App opens and I’m told it’s refreshing before it zaps completely off and I return to my phone screen. Please can anyone help?

When i tried marking stadiums that i have been to the screen turned black and i couldn’t do anything

Been a regular user of the app for many years and it’s such an efficient way of recording matches and it’s a satisfying experience reflecting on past memories/experiences! To make the app even better, you should consider developing a function where you can plan out future games that you want to go to in an organisable calendar format.

App not working when I touch the app it goes back to my Home Screen after a few minutes

It’s a good app for planning games and logging where you’ve been to when it doesn’t crash for me which at the moments seems to be rare

Wow! What an amazing app! It’s so cool and I love the whole concept of it. I’ve already shared it with friends and family and premium is definitely worth it.

Decent app. Good way to keep track of games you’ve been to. However if you check in before a game, it often has the incorrect final score for smaller leagues. As well as this, if you don’t check into a game before it’s kicked off, you don’t get a badge.

I love this app, it’s great to keep track of all the games I’ve been too. Perhaps the next thing to be added could be women’s super league games? Some of them are being played at big grounds now, I’m going to the derby at Goodison this week and it would be great to tick off. Of course it can be added manually so it’s fine, but long term with the growth of women’s football it would be nice. WSL is only a start obviously and then could be extended over time.

Just passed my driving test this year, so I’m planning to tick all as many local grounds as possible, and now I’ve found this app, it comes in handy with the nearby fixtures. Only thing I’d say that’s missing, is the old grounds. Introduced this app to my Dad and he did all the away games in the 70/80’s and a lot of the ground he visited aren’t there. I understand it would be hard to add old fixtures, but to have them on there and just to tick them to say you’ve been to a game would be cool. Other than that it’s a class app. Good work👍🏻

I have been using this map for well over a year now and it has been great to keep me help track of games I have been to and it is great at showing me local games I can go to I believe the premium subscription is decently worth it. How ever I wish there was a feature to add grounds you have visited on a stadium tour as that is not a feature at the moment. Apart from that is is a great app and a must have for all groundhoppers

Great database of games in your area using location. Upload your own photos, add friends, input team sheets. Unlock achievements for games attended. It’s highly addictive and very fun. Also great for the non league game, putting money in the clubs who struggle to get by. Yes there is a subscription of about £7 a year - but it’s worth more than that!

I absolutely love this app and use it daily. It takes some time to find or add all the matches you’ve been too but once they are added it’s interesting to view your own detailed stats. The nearby fixtures feature on the premium version is unrivalled. Pick a game, check it’s on and go! 5 stars

This is the best app by a mile to track what grounds you’ve been to the depth this app goes to is amazing only thing that could be improved is to add in a feature of how many miles you’ve traveled like some competitors do other than that this app is perfect

Initially I gave this a terrible review, but I have to admit I was wrong. It’s incredibly helpful for finding matches you’d have to scour for for ages through other sources. I watch more football because of this app. Have subscribed and will continue to as long as it continues. Excellent.

Futbology has become my go to Football app especially during the current climate of games in the U.K. not having fans, it has helped me locate many non league games to attend to get my football fix. Tons of grounds currently included and the user can help by adding missing grounds which is useful in the current time as fans are attending games at some very small insignificant grounds. Fixtures are regularly updated and the check in option when attending a game listed on the fixtures is really good. You can even earn virtual badges now who doesn’t love a badge. What could be better though A really nice feature is the on this day feature. A game the user has previously been too is shown on the home screen which always for me brings back memories of the game or that season the people I knew and enjoyed games with. This could though be further improved with an option too see what other games you went to on that day. Adding teams to the database, you can add grounds but cannot add clubs officially which is a shame. I say officially as you can add the club to your app to create your fixture BUT these do not show up in your stats page which is a real shame as I have and many others have probably attended many games where one or both clubs are not listed in the database, surely if a user has added them then it must be possible to merge that into the stats or the creators see these teams created and add them, some are not even insignificant teams a noticeable absence are teams like International Under 21s and other age groups. Upon looking into what was missing I noticed teams such as Acefair Youth, Garden Village Youth and Hungerford Town Youth surely if these have been added then why isn’t an international under 21 team. I am sure users would suggest decent teams that as with grounds the app creators can either accept or reject, most of the grounds are there so why not the teams who play there. Badges are cool and you can get them for pretty much anything including tournaments but one tournament I have been too several times to watch the football competitions is The Island Games and Olympic Games but no badge from that due to these not being included the games for the Olympics do though appear within the database within the fixtures on stadiums. The Island games though do not and the teams also do not appear dispute Guernsey being in the database this isn’t the same national team Guernsey.

They’ve decided to completely change the layout of the app. Now the app is filled with bugs, the display is clunky and the nearby fixtures function that I PAID for only works once in a while, and there is no more functional use of the distance button. This app used to be great, but they’ve completely ruined it to the point where the app is barely functional.

Love this app, keeps track of all my games and helps me plan new visits when I’m not visiting my own club. A great addition would be to add fixtures from the app straight to you phone calendar, otherwise fantastic.

Adding a stat to the football I watch has given me the final kick I needed to get out and watch more football and explore new grounds. I’ve discovered new clubs as a result. Please,please, please add domestic women’s teams as well as international.

Great app but should have a share feature to post to social media when “on this day” pops up

Genuinely love this app and I’m not sure now what I’d do without it! Has helped me on my ground hopping adventures around the UK and much of Europe. Just back from a Europa League Preliminary game I never would have known about!

I use this all the time, it’s become part of my match planning routine.

Class app, just need to add the FA Youth cup in my opinion. It is a high level of football and I have visited 2 grounds this season so far watching Leeds play in it which I can’t add.
