Practising with new clubs
Spent an hour hiring a track man to record distance on brand-new clubs signed in on app, signed in at facility, however no data recorded onto my app, wasted £25 and have no data
Track man with IOS 26.
I think there is a problem with the key pad in the app. I try and log in via the QR code but on occasions it doesn’t work. I then try the number code to log in but cannot get the keyboard to work resulting in me having to log in with my email & password on the monitor touchscreen. All a bit annoying.
Range data doesn’t sync
Shot history from the range stopped syncing. Raised a ticket, same experience replicated by support. No resolution. Tried a new profile. Synced the first few shots then stopped again. Gave up. I go to top tracer now. Works every

Really pooor
The app makes analysing shot data a right pain. The navigation between shots is a nuisance. The webpage was much cleaner - all shots available, able to pick and choose which data columns to show and in which order, able to highlight in highlight shots with ease, optimise shots with ease etc. access to that web app version is now not available from mobile as everything auto defaults only to the mobile version.
Enjoyable
Very easy to use, only used for practice at present, there’s so much more you can do, it shows you where you’re going wrong, which makes the excellent shots even more enjoyable!
Disappointing for iPad !?
Great app, but does not do landscape when using on an iPad. Common developers, please fix.

An amazing app to track your gold skills and see how you have progressed
Nice but can’t delete data
In practice I want to remove rouge shots but cannot delete them. Old web interface won’t let me. New interface says go to app. App won’t let me remove a shot so while a nice app the data is useless to me with bad shots in.
Great when used with range
Use this app on the range. Shame it doesn’t have the full details/ data but otherwise it’s very good.
All data lost after adding a new club
Having just bought a 7 wood I added it to my bag and the app promptly deleted all the existing data for the rest of my bag :(

Tried installing three times
Buggy
Extremely buggy. When you want to view your activity you can only see the first club and then it gets stuck and you have to close the app. It’s very bad.
Has been broken for over a month, are the support team asleep?
God knows what they are doing but the app has been broken for quite a while now, checked with people at the range and everyone having the same issue.
Activities Showing Online But Not In App
I like the app so far, usable and nice look/feel. Only issue is that activites I have done at the range aren’t showing in the app but when I log into my online account they are visible there.
I did 3 find my distance sessions and all 3 aren’t visible in the app but are showing online, this means I can’t see any of the detail from the shots as this isn’t available online.
Needs an update quick
Has been ok, but must be due an update? As it barely works now, pointless using it currently, as it just freezes/crashes & can’t see any of your info, regarding shots, club data etc etc.
What’s gone wrong!
Recently the app has stopped allowing viewing of stats from recent range visits. It used to be great but now it’s pointless linking it to the range monitors as you can’t review any information. It seems to be some bugs others are experiencing, so would be good to get it back working!

Please sort this. Can’t look through clubs activity as it won’t move through clubs and then the app freezes. The website then refers you to the app 🤬🤬🤬

Was great but now when you look at activity it’s not working properly. Just shows split screen with no ability to see each club as just pauses

The app is unusable for reviewing range sessions. I cannot view my shots for each club. It just freezes anytime I try to do so. Fine if you only hit one club at the range I guess but can’t imagine that’s many users

Latest update a disaster
Has been a good app for a while. Latest update means when you click on a range session it shows you all clubs in one go and I can’t find a way to swipe past the first two clubs so remaining data I can’t access!

I want to be able to login on my app to “find my distances” but at the same time to be able to see the shots on the screen at the trackman range - but I can find no instructions anywhere they will explain either how to do this or how to use the range trackman to record my distances to my app
What’s wrong?
All of a sudden I can’t review all the details of ANY of my practice sessions. Flip up the bottom of the screen and it just defaults to the 3 wood…..
Sound not working
The sound doesn’t work on a screencast I have been sent of a lesson I had. The audio works on a browser but not through the app
No shot selection/deletion support?
My golf club installed trackman into the range recently and its great, however nobody seemed to be aware that once a practice session was done you need to log out of the app otherwise the next person to use the bay will be registering shots to your profile if you are still at the facility (i was putting for an hour after). There seems to be no way for me to now delete the shots that person took while my 3 wood was selected so my stats are now very random for that club. I cant find any way to go back and delete a session or even a shot from the history. Preferably now i know how to use it properly i would want to restart and reset my profile. But nobody know if or how i can do this and the support and FAQs are all pretty useless for this app. So if you do use this, be careful over when you are and are not logged in or your stats will be wrong.
I love this app
At my local course we have trackman bays and I love it just so u know I’m 11 and I can carry the ball 195 on average with driver I’m not saying my name bc that would give me away and I’m coming pro when I’m older so thanks so much for this app u have developed my game !!!!! Thx
Great app but some tweaks needed
Ecstatic that my local range has fitted trackman. Just got fitted for a new bag and needed to find my yardages. Thankfully the app has a find my distance tool for this and a convert mode which allows you to convert the range ball data to a premium ball and get more accurate readings for on the course.
One problem I found is you cannot delete those poor/random shots which does stop you from getting a better reading of your yardages
Need to be able to delete specific shots
App would be fine if it allowed for the deletion of specific shots. You can delete shots at the range, but only the last one , so if you don’t do it straight away your hosed. You MUST be able to select and delete shots or at least select shots to not be included in the overall stats or it’s useless for anything more than messing about - I would have thought trackman would be a bit more serious about helping golfers to understand their shot stats
Can’t delete shots in practice mode
This is a good app on the whole, but not being able to delete rogue shots in practice mode means it’s pretty useless for that purpose at the moment.
Also, when you’re looking at your shots on the range, it’s very difficult to select some if they overlap with different clubs. Being able to isolate a specific club before you see the grouping on the range would be ideal.

Trackman disappoints
Many time using trackman it doesn’t translate the results to my mobile phone despite logging in - it’s a shame really but to be honest TopTracer works better!!
Too open
Gives me what I expect but is let down as you don’t need to log in to use it once you’ve set up. Not great when it’s used by others as I find I keep getting other peoples activities added to my email address.
Can’t delete shots in find my distance
The find my distance feature does not allow you to delete shots, so a really bad shot or a shot by someone else throws out all your averages. This needs to be sorted before this feature is useful.
Not great
For such good tech at my local simulator/range I expected a lot more from this app. It took ages to sign up and constantly crashes. I’m most confused about why you can’t edit/remove shots from practice range sessions or at least have an option to remove shots from average calculations.
Glitchy
Using the iOS version and when looking at practice session for each individual club and shots it does not allow you to scroll all the way through. It just swipes back and locks on screen. Cannot see 7 iron or lower. Frustrating
Can’t delete a shot
Sometimes you have unusual bad shots. You can’t delete them after your session so they disturb your average score. This is quite a big deal and if it’s fixed, would really make this app excellent.

When I go to the range it shows each hit well but when I try to review my performance there is nothing there. And my Trackman stats no longer works either. Very sad as it worked last year. Why does everything get worse. Such a shame.

Great App. There are just a couple of stats updates that don’t apply sometimes i.e Longest Drive. Other than that absolutely great!!!

Never seem to be able to open my activity data after a session. Always seem to get this messge “We were not able to open this activity”. Sort it out guys!

アクティビティのショット分析過去ログ表示バグ
前回のアップデート以降、アクティビティの「ショット分析」と「マップマイバッグ」カテゴリのログが全て0ydの表記になっており、確認することができなくなっています。
iPhone SE 2台とiPadでも同様の現象が発生しているので、再現性は高そう。
「練習」のカテゴリは通常通り表記されているとはいえ、メイン使いがショット分析なので、数値が見れないのは非常に不便。
ちなみにWebサイト経由では普通に表示されるが、PC用に最適化されている画面なのでスマホではとても見辛い。
サポートに問い合わせるも、Q &Aを見ろとのテンプレ返信？でまともな返答はなし。
主要機能に不具合が発生している状態で長期間の放置と、サポート体制に疑問符
いくら分析性能が良くても結果が見れなくちゃ意味がないですね。
せめて動作確認くらいはしてからデプロイしていただきたい。
記録が全部消えた
アップデートで過去のアクティビティの記録が消えました。
過去数年分全部です。
いつどのクラブで何球打ったかまでは残ってますが、その内訳のデータが全部消えてみられません。

使用中途中で🛜遮断になり。今までのデータが台無しに。度々起こる。また、隣のおじさんのショットがこちらのデータに表示されることもあった。

打った数のうち6割程度しか判定されない💦
飛距離の信頼性が低い
調整してもいい加減な表示となっているので、ほとんど参考にならない。自分の感覚で調整しなければならない。マイ練習場がトラックマンに変わったので仕方ないです😅
Wi-Fi繋がらない
TMR 4.8.0になってからWi-Fi突然に繋がらなくなりました。仕方なく、アプリアンインストールして、再インストール、サイインして復旧。
その後短期間で4.8.1 4.8.2 4.8.3と連続してアップデートがされましたが。
サイインするのが手前でアカウントを作った方も面倒になり使用しなくなったとも聞いております。

情報が更新されない
6月6日に改善されたとの連絡があり、本日6月25日になっても、5月19日の練習結果以降、連携されずに、凄くがっかりしています。毎日、トラックマンでの練習、ラウンドを楽しみに使っているので何とかしてほしいです。お願いいたします。

4月16日まで利用した結果がアプリから連携されていましたが、16日以降連携されなくなってしまいました。管理者を通じて連絡をしてもらい、復旧作業をしていただいていると、サポートから返信を頂いていますが、本日5月20日でも改善されず、4月16日のままです。何卒、早急にご対応いただきたく、お願いいたします。
振り返りには使えない
過去のアクティビティは何ヶ月経ってもエラーで見ることができない。全くもって使えない。
ログインができなくなりました
トラックマンのアプリ自体はとても気に入っていますが、突然ログインできなくなりました。
オンラインコンペで優勝争いをしていたので残念です。
結局、新しいアカウントを作り直してコンペに再参戦となってしまいました。
なので星を一つ減らしました。星四つ。

最近ゴミ化しました。
最近のアップデートが全然軽微なバグ修正どころか。ゴミ化して全く使い物にならない。 番手別の画面がただでさえ狭いiphone(xs使ってます)でタブ化したかったみたいだが、タブ切り替えりると固まる、狭いのにタブ化(そもそも番手別に同時にタブで詳細比較する気ないよ)して、全体を俯瞰できない。元に戻して欲しい。ipad前提で考えてるのだろうか。
2024/5/14に改善されたようだが
表示は戻ったようだけど練習日によってその日丸ごとデータが見られなくなっている日があり完全な復旧には至っておらず非常に残念。
表示のバグは理解しますが、無料だからってユーザーのデータ資産をロストするって信じられないなぁ。。。ダメですね。
データ見れない
何のためのトラックマンなのか。データは記録されても見られないのは意味無し。所詮こんなもんか。
ドライバー以外が見れなくなってる
ドライバー含めて複数のアイアンでデータ貯めてもアイアンのデータを見ようとすると画面が崩れて見れない。早く直して下さい。
トップトレーサーの方が良い
皆さんが書かれている事と同様ですが、練習したデータを閲覧する時に固まったりしてまともに見る事が出来ないです。
いまあるプリペイドを使い切ったら元の練習場に戻ります。
アクティビティが不安定
練習の記録が取れるのが良いと思って、アプリを使い始めたが、過去の記録をみる「アクティビティ」の機能の安定性が最悪。
途中で固まることも多くて使い物にならない。

アクティビティで、クラブ毎の飛距離を確認したいのに、ユーティリティで固まって、他のものが見れない。ユーティリティからは、戻るボタンも押せなくて、アプリを閉じるしか無く、改善して欲しいです。

アップデートしたら、アクティビティのショット分析の画面の反応が鈍くなり、使い辛くなった。 各クラブの分析データ画面がスクロールしたりしなかったり。 クラブのデータ表示の幅が違っていたり。 とにかく動かし方がわかりにくい。 以前のクラブごとのデータ表示が見やすかった。

非常に面白いアプリで飛距離の把握に役立ちますがアクティビティが表示されない事があるので改善してもらいたい。

マイバックに登録したクラブが表示されない
2週間ぶりに打ちっぱなしに行き、トラックマンにアクセスしたところ、システムが更新されており、UIが大きく変わっていました。普通に練習モードでマイバックのクラブを選択しようとしたところ、なせがウェッジだけ登録しているクラブが表示されなくなっていました。スマホアプリ上には登録されているのに、練習上の大きなモニタにはなぜか表示されず…。バグなら早く修正してほしいです。

クラブ毎の距離が一番上のクラブに固定され、その他のクラブの距離が見れなくなってます。
Fix the app
After recent updates the app got worse and worse. Lost track of my full 2 year history hitting balls in map my bag. Lost the types of clubs I own. Still can’t add more than 14 clubs, why?
Corrections
How can I adjust for erratic shots after I get back from the range? They screw up my averages.
Trekt accu iPhone leeg
Trekman draint de accu van 70 naar 22% na 52 balletjes afslaan. Sommige slagen registreert ie niet. Daarom maar 2 sterren. Het idee is goed.

I’m using a trackman in indoor setting. Multi user location.
-Why can’t the trackman app hold my TM settings and screens preferences so it is the same everywhere i log in. (Like for the clubs in your golf bag)
-For the IPAD app why is landscape mode disabled. Swing data presentation is crappy in portrait mode
Distance per club does not work well
I wish this app worked better than it does. The range is working well but the distance per club part not. Sometimes I can see the ‘done’ button getting green to approve the distances you have hit but most often not. So your whole session has been for nothing as it does not remember the distances you hit if you leave this session.
Mis clubs in mijn tas
Ik kan helaas geen approach wedge toevoegen met 46 graden. Eigenlijk zou ik de clubs in mijn tas ook willen detailleren. Ik heb bijvoorbeeld twee lob wedges, neem er maar 1 de baan in maar wil ze op de range met de trackman wel allebei kunnen slaan. Verder werkt het goed.
Great app but drains your battery
The app is great. Only disadvantages are when it's raining or foggy it does not pick up the balls when hitting the ball beyond 130m and the app drains your battery. Today I had 50 procent on my iPhone 12 Pro and after 5 mins!!! I only had 20 left. So developers please fix that!
No export function
No export function, syncing activities not working or very slow. No data from app in trackman.com
Very difficult to get activated
I use this @Seve in rotterdam NL. Nice statistics, but took me ages to setup.
Unfortunately I don’t see my activities on the website.
