I recently gave my new badminton racket for stringing in hi tech Gamepoint. This is the worst stringing I never seen. I tried 1 st time here. First I asked for preferred colour(red or black). They gave purple colour which is worst combination for my racket. And my racket completely shape out . Please hire some professionals .

Why to play in game-point there are better places to play. If you cancel any activity you will not money refunded they will have in their wallet which is completely uses less to end user. The User interface is horrible. Management is pathetic to its best always being single minded which is fur to them
User Friendly Sports App
I find this app as one easy to access and book my court of play at Gamepoint which has four centers in Hyderabad till date.
A bug reported an year back is still not rectified
Kudos to the software company whomever it mayb. Please tell me how existing members can login in the app. Why take the project when you can't even rectify bugs. Shame on you gameplay for not even checking the app and for not addressing the grievances of the customers.! Having superior infra is not enough for a brand. You have to address customer problems in booking your services. If they can't login into the app why have an app.
Worst app..
Why are you wasting our time by deploying such unworthy app which never works at all. It never accepting to fill the form. Literally time waste to use it.

The feedback form has a bug, does not submit on ios and neither does it allow you to close. I cant use the app now, it always opens up the form

Unable to select city at time of registration in iOS. Hence unable to perform complete registration

I tried logging in the app but unfortunately even after trying for 20 times I didn’t receive an OTP to register myself and book a court. It’s annoying and unfortunately there is no other way to book a court. It’s really frustrating for customers like us kindly take action

Issue with rating page
I’m facing an issue with the rating page, trying to click submit but the same is not going through. Using a iPhone X running on 11.4.1

Unable to Register
I don’t know who tested this app, the basic feature is to register for any application. But testing team haven’t tested application properly as user is not even able to register.
Doesn’t work on iOS
I just installed on my iPhone 6s and when tried to register for first time, it keeps on asking to register mobile or email , even with 1000 times , doesn’t allow me to login or book anything...hence sounds mostly not operational with iOS
